I'd take Ross and Bethany back in time to spend time with my parents so they could see how wonderful my daughter had turned out and meet the fantastic man I married. We would have a heck of a good time with the money together and then I would die with the people I love most around me.
Oh and I would send a postcard to my sisters telling them I would see them in HELL.

That girl needs a slap for being so stupid
Yep...and I think I am probably more of a threat to her now than her ex.
I am an ex-cop. Call the local cops and tell them exactly what you have told us. Demand...and I mean DEMAND that they do something to protect you. If they blow smoke and happy faces up your ass, call your local member of government (it's diferrent in Canada), and DEMAND that they do something. Get names, use names, and threaten to use THEIR names if something is left un-done.
In short.......DO NOT LAY DOWN. FIGHT THROUGH THE SYSTEM.
The problem is at this point I don't think she will cooperate, how much credence will they put into me calling when I'm like a third party to it all?

Do you lick the lid of life??
by ilovegravy inok, so there`s a tv ad doing the rounds in the uk about yoghurt and its strapline is "do you lick the lid of life?
" so it gets me thinking.
to my knowledge, and i could be wrong here, but as far as i know, yoghurt in cartons is the only food in which our instant reaction is to lick the lid...i can`t think of any more ...can you?.

If I were you, I wouldn't work there until he is detained.
Your employer should provide somewhere else for you to do this work. Why can't you take the computer from work home with you?
Is keeping this job really necessary?

hhhmm don't know why it did the quote that way....
Trust me I've gone over all the options in my head. At this point with everything locked up and all the guys on "red alert" I'm feeling ok being here. I think the guys are almost hoping he shows up so they can kick his ass.

She's milked everyone for sympathy and now is back tracking because in all probability the danger wasn't as substantial as she has made out, especially if she hasnt bothered having him arrested.
That's what I'm thinking as well and she is pissed at me for pushing it like I did.

So I decide to make sure things are taken care of myself because no one else is doing it. I call Tammy (the cause of all this drama) and tell her I want the guys name and his parole officer's name and number. She balked at giving it to me because she said she was taking care of it and had just spoken with the parole officer and he might not want to talk to me. She also threatened to quit because this was just all to upsetting for her. I told her that really wouldn't do anyone any good at this point and to give the information to me anyway. Finally she did. I called the parole officer and just let him know that as the death thread involved our place of business we were concerned with how it was being handled. He stated that they had put a note in his file and he would be held when he came in for his scheduled appointment but as he was out on a bond that was all they could do at this point. If he showed up here we could call the police and they would pick him up (course none of us besides Tammy knows what he looks like so I guess until he pulls a gun we are kind of at a loss). When I questioned him further though he stated that as no one knew where he was the police couldn't pick him up.
hhhmmmm Tammy said she knew where he was.....So I told him that and he said if she knows where he is she can contact the police there and have him picked up. Bingo! So I call her and tell you that she needs to contact the police where he is and have him picked up. Would seem simple wouldn't it? But nooooo. She was here when I got in this morning...brushed past me going out the door and I asked her, did you contact the police? She replied that it was "taken care of". I said "is he in jail?" Nope, but "IT IS TAKEN CARE OF". Got in her car and drove off.
I called my employers to see if they knew WFT she was up to now. Apparently she didn't contact the police, she is relying on her friends to keep tabs on him. Now why would she not have him picked up if she could? Inquiring minds want to know.....
As of now I've got the guys that work in our shop keeping an eye out for anyone who tries to come up here, the front door is locked and the gate to our yard is shut and locked. If the guys all have to leave for installs I'll take off as well.
I guess I'm a bit pissed to be pulled like this into someone else's drama, especially when I work really hard at keeping away from this type of crap...and then on top of that she tries to make me feel guilty for wanting to ensure my own and ultimately her safety as well.
What's up with people????

Has anyone ever played with a ouija board?
by delilah inthis past weekend, we met a new couple in our campground, and the conversation soon came 'round to the supernatural.
the lady said she has had quite a few supernatural experiences, and that she plays her own home-made version of the ouija board.
my husband was all excited and begged her to play .

PS - But seriously, folks,I have a ouija board, tarot cards, "little witch" cards, the Greber Bible, the Necronomicon, a statue of Cthulhu, and other devices of divination here are Casa Natas. Nothing's gone bump in dark yet.
You probably scared the devil right out of them Nathan.

I sat with the smart kids but I wasn't smart, I'm just good at passing myself off as smart.
No higher education, I pioneered. I've considered going back to school. Maybe in the next few years. Time will tell.....
