I only felt guilty when prodded by the occasional talk otherwise I was fine fudging my hours.
My sister used to make us all coordinate watches to make sure we all started at the same time.
We are very different, can you tell?
i don't know about anyone else but this could be the source of major contention between dubs in my halls.
you had those who started their time as soon as you pulled out of the hall parking lot (me), those who counted from the first knock at the door or laundry mat visited, and the die hards who didn't start until they actually spoke to someone(my sister).
my sister and i would go round and round about this, i finally just pretended to start my time when she did just to shut her up.

While I think Carrie Underwood looks fantastic in this video, I have some issues with the idea of women taking revenge that way.

after a few mistakes, i am making the best icecream you have ever tasted!.
30 minutes and its done....!
The only kind I've ever had was vanilla made in one of those electric ones you use outside with dry ice. lol yes it HAS been a long time! But I have good memories of fighting over the ice cream on the blade.

Wow you counted the meeting for service and everything? I am impressed!
there's a picture in national geographic - of a family of several generations of sardinians eating together, eating bread together, that resonates deep in my soul.
sardinians are some of the longest living people on the planet.
something happens when people eat together, i am convinced of it.
What a really nice thought.
when you were a good active jw, would you have considered marrying a non jw or was this completely out of the question..
No. Never even considered it.

So what kind of time keeper were you?
these are the things i remember always looking forward to as a dub and when they happened it was great.. last day of convention/assemblyend of the meetingend of the ministrywhen an event was interrupted thus endingif i had a responsibility to escape the mind-numbing boredomif a visiting speaker failed to make it for the sunday meeting and it only included the watchtowerwhen the sunday watchtower was just question & answer cos of the c.o visit, pity he then wasted all that saved time.no ministry after sunday meeting cos of some reasonwhen i faked illness or even death to get out of meetings/ministry etc
When it rained and we just did return visits. Which ment lots of driving, almost no talking at the door and breaks.

I put mustard as well as mayo in mine and a touch of vinegar then sprinkled with chili powder...and my daughter likes them with a bit of cilantro.
