  Withholding sex in a relationship or marriage

  i once heard that when you first get married, you should take a jar and put a penny it in each time you have sex your first year.

  then after the first year, take a penny out for each time you have sex, and that jar would never go empty.

  basically, the sex gets old and you never do it much after the first year.

  Some women withhold sex because they feel it is the only power they have in the relationship...some women appear to withhold sex when in reality they are tired, stressed or feeling insecure about themselves.

  I think in a good relationship with both partners communicating sex will continue to be something both enjoy and want to share.

  New Ex-JW's: Smoking isn't worth it!

  it seems that many jw's take up smoking as soon as they leave the watchtower.

  the reason is obvious -- they weren't allowed to!

  lighting up is like giving the finger to the watchtower.

  I try to step outside my emotions and review them prior to acting on them. Emotions can be helpful and certainly make life more flavorful but they can also steer you in wrong directions as you noted, especially if you let them control you willy nilly. hehehe I guess you can say emotions are like men.

  this mornings events have got me thinking about things.

  i love peanut butter, not the sweet kind but i like the old fashioned peanut butter, usually laura scudder's with no sugar or preservatives - it just tastes better imo.

  i put it on everything including pancakes which are really good with peanut butter and maple syrup.

  Grits are made from hominy. Hominy itself is a type of corn. It looks like a white corn kernel.

  Menudo, which is tripe, preferably honeycomb, cut into squares boiled in water. Add hominy and chili powder. Delicious.

  You forgot the lime...gotta have cilantro and lime!
