I googled it and read a few articles that seem to agree its a hoax. Possibly a hoax by early Mormons. But there are errors that don't fit with it being 500 years old.

Current animal teaching is still that they will all get along and be subject to us like zoo keepers, except they will be like loving pets.
it was in the special talk this year I think that animals will get along. It's what people ask kids, "And what type of animal do you look forward to playing with in the paradise?".

Bunnies everywhere. Great one.
also, think of mice and rats. We would be overrun.
Some have told me that sharp toothed predators could eat dead animals, but that doesn't stop over population and doesn't explain venom etc.

Spiders, do they catch fruit and seeds?
Mosquitos, do they all die off for some reason, or do they just drink fruit juice?
ticks and fleas, as well as all other types of pests like that. Left out of the paradise?
whales that eat plankton, die off in paradise?
Angler fish, angling for what? Why were they created like that? They die too?
woodpeckers? No more bugs they can eat right?
what else?

by BU2B inreally the whole thing is ludicrious but it is hilarious and sad at the same time to see grown people arguing about weather there will be cars, planes, eat meat, what about fish, etc in a place as imaginary as oz, yet to them it is reality.. the teaching of a paradise earth was so illogical it really was the first thing that started me on the path to waking up.
just the thought that someone could greet their beloved spouse who had died only to come to the realization that they could never be together again struck me as so cruel, i didnt want to live there even if it was all true.. i have heard jws say they think we might be able to fly, read minds since we will be able to use 100% and some seem to think life would be an endless vacation, with modern conveniences with no thought to all the processes and work that goes into something simple like a pencil.
i love the article jwfacts has on the flaws of any theory or teaching of paradise earth.. what are some things you have heard discussed/argued in car groups, gatherings etc when you were in?.

2+2=5 - great point! The kingdom is already there and evident since 1914. It will have to communicate better in the new order. Haha.
I heard of pizza trees before. Fruit like the fried chicken tree. I forgot about that. Must have been a talk or article a long time ago. Or else people are just crazy. It's weird for me too that I earnestly believed this stuff and everyone I have still does. Wow.

I guess in the new order if we were naked and ate too many peaches the day before then farting in public would be impossible. A naked shart would be horrible.

Would no one get boners in the new system? I mean even as a perfect man when some sister was bent over picking up trash that could be awkward. And would you just walk around with your awkward situation with everyone pretending it wasn't going on? What if it happened while on stage? Would sisters with nursing young ones just leak milk onto their firm stomachs since there was no bras or such? How would menstruation be handled while naked? What if your balls itch? Do you just scratch them in public guilt free? Would you adjust the thermostat in the KH depending on sisters hardened nipples?

All life will be vegetarian. Including bugs. Maybe Mosquitos and flies will all be gone. Bees and wasps won't sting. Bat shit crazy.
