  The money question...

  i am intrigued to know if there is truly any evidence of financial irregularities in the jehovah's witness organisation or if any one or group are raking off funds or benefitting financially...?.

  whilst i disagree wholeheartedly with most of their teachings and practices, dogmatism, legalism and superiority complex, i don't honestly think there's anyone making millions at the top.

  yes you could say that the gb are comfortably off, don't have to pay bills etc but they do actually get up in the morning and 'work', they aren't going off in private jets to tropical islands or driving bentleys.

  Supposed to be "working" in Brooklyn - nice house in CA.

  Rutherford had a private dining room on the 7th floor in NY Bethel with a private elevator (Moyle Trial)

  He also had a separate house on the Watchtower farms (Moyle letter)

  Not in the pay scale for a man who was never a Judge in his life.

  Technically he was a stand in judge for a single short stretch but that did not merit him taking the title of judge I think.

  Russell did not want him to be his successor.

  Seems to be the case. Paul S. L. Johnson thought he was the man, however he was a bit crazy in the end.

  BTW Rutherford had two cars (Cadillac's) and not five. A coupe and a convertible. You gotta be accurate about these things.

  I didn't know Nuclear Physicists specialized in Paleontology.

  Now Nuclear Physics man says in the article:

  "Not only is the second law of thermodynamics “a powerful argument against chemical evolution,” van der Ventel stated, but the very dating methods evolutionists cite are mostly supported by assumptions—not physics."

  Nuclear Physics man is not Chemist man because he does not know about DKS (Dynamic Kinetic Stability). DKS is in full harmony with the second law of thermodynamics. Perhaps he should rather go split an atom or read some more Genesis.

  Or better yet, look at some Terminator Genysis.

  JWs, UFO's, demons, and the book "The Dark Gods"

  i have been looking into this issue that (many/most/all/etc) ufos are caused by demons as seems to be said by jws.

  some time ago when i browsed this site i read a posting where someone recommended a book titled "the dark gods" by roberts and gilbertson (here is a link to the book at amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/dark-gods-anthony-roberts/dp/009138771x).. besides that one there are a couple of other books that i have checked (one of these is "operation trojan horse" by john keel and the other one is "a guide to the paranormal" by magnus raven).

  both of these say the same thing although they approach this issue from different directions.. looking at the amazon reviews for "the dark gods" it looks like it also says the same thing but the book is out of print.

  I do not know how the authors of "The Dark Gods" got to their conclusion but...

  it's like you were off the day it was taught in school and you don't know that you don't know about it.
