Can the WTB&TS be trusted to give an accurate number of the deaths worldwide by covid-19 ? or do you think they are capable of downplaying the numbers so as not to alarm the R&F ?
With the amount of infections in the USA ,I would think there would be a significant number of JW`s that would have died their .
Personally I wouldn`t put it past them ,what do you think?

Sadly, to date, 872 of our dear brothers and sisters worldwide have died as a result of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
That means probably hundreds if not thousands of JW`s have been infected with this virus ?
It doesn`t say much for Christ Jesus reigning as King over his subjects does it ?
If he can`t protect them from this a virus that Jehovah has created , then what good is he ?
What good is his Kingdom ? and it doesn`t inspire any confidence for his 1000 year reign does it.

Could they claim they, as a body, have been spared from this virus ? by Jehovah / Christ Jesus ? In this time of the end being so close as they claim ?
One might ask, if not ,why not? If they are the new chosen people of Jehovah / Christ Jesus in this 21st Century ?
One final question a Jehovah`s Witness should ask themselves .
Since Jesus Christ has been ruling in the heavens since 1914 ,it is now 106 years since he took up the throne and he cant warn us and protect us from this virus ? What practical good / value has his rulership been to any of us in these last days ?
If he can`t protect any of us from such a thing as a virus that ultimately Jehovah must have created in the first place .?

the news item says that the court of appeal of england and wales dismissed an application to appeal a decision of the high court upholding the watchtower's right to follow bible directives regarding disfellowshipping.. it's proving difficult to find online docs about this..

How service is being conducted with the zoom meetings
by newsheep ina friend of ours who is married to a jw said that this morning for service everyone who was on zoom got to do a call while the rest listened in on the call.
there were thirty-one this morning listening in on one who would call someone to preach to.
shouldn't the person they are calling on be warned first that there will be so many listening in on their phone call from the zoom meeting.

Don`t you have to inform a person that your conversation is recorded and you have the opportunity to accept or decline it being recorded ?
To do so without the persons knowledge is a violation of that persons privacy.
