  Animals as vegetarians thread continued

  i found out just last night that back in 2015 scientists discovered a piece of amber estimated to be over 15 million years old.

  inside the amber was a flea, very similar to the size and kind that attack and eat our blood today.

  whats even more astonishing is in the mouth they found bacteria that has the same make up as bubonic plague.

  Sorry gone for good that is not what the JW`s taught the last time I set foot in a Kh that was over 26 years ago.

  This is how it went then and to my knowledge well before that. : Gen.1;1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth...full stop.

  That is a stand alone scripture

  They then went on to say ,that could have happened millions if not billions of years ago .

  The rest of the scriptures in Genesis from Vs 2 onwards refers to God turning his attention to his purpose for the earth and creating a suitable place for humans.

  Many ex Jw`s and even die hard believers miss this subtle but important point about how the GB/ JW explain genesis.

  However you are correct about the flood myth occuring about 4500 years ago which is absurd by any stretch of the imagination.

  Someone said he`s a full time pioneer and a MS ? I find that hard to believe.

  If you claim to be a JW and your a big fish in the world the GB/JW`s will latch on to you and turn a blind eye to your lifestyle , thats why they never disown the Williams sisters claim to be JW`s.

  They just keep mute neither confirming or denying it.

  for many years the government of mexico did not allow religious organizations to own property.

  any property used by a religious organization was confiscated by the government.

  this law changed in the mid 1990's.

  I remember this ,they claimed they were a cultural organization and not a religion and as you correctly say if they honestly identified themselves as a religion the Govt. would have confiscated their property ,because only the Catholic Church in Mexico could own their own property and not any other religion.

  And when the govt.did change their policy about other religions being able to own their own property the G.B.of JW`s lyingly said it was because of their activities and pressure on the Govt.that religious freedom was now given because of them.

  ,they claimed they were a cultural organization and not a religion, they lie and justify it by claiming it is theocratic warfare.

  How many other things are they prepared to lie about ,? if they blatantly lie to the Governments ,they sure as hell have no scruples about lying to the rank and file Jehovah`s Witnesses and feel justified in doing so.

  I believe it was the scriptures in Genesis Chap.1; 29-31 where God gave them, man and beast "all green vegetation for food" and only after the flood did he permit them to eat animals for obvious reasons.

  Welcome to the forum ,their are some amazing people here with a lot of insight on how the JW religion operates and controls people and are very subtle about it. .

  I`m looking forward to it myself as I`m sure many others here are also looking forward to it.

  I hope it lives up to what we expect.

  The thought of imperfect human beings ruling with JC makes me shudder ,especially when we have so much information at our disposal now how they treat the flock.

  When I think about it if Jesus who lived here on earth for 30 years of his life and being perfect why in the world would he need or benefit from having 144000 dickheads ruling with him .?

  It just doesn`t make any sense at all.

  I had to submit to a drugs test yesterday.

  i had to submit to a random work place drugs test yesterday, of which i passed.

  in this country smoking marijuana / methamphetamine is illegal.

  the thing that really struck me was that despite the illegal nature of it, was just how prevalent and problem is.

  Here in the state of Victoria Australia the alcohol limit is .05 over that and you can be prosecuted if in charge of a vehicle.

  Pardon my ignorance but are their limits as to how much drugs are in your system / eg a safe limit and a no-go limit ?

  Just curious .
