I'm sure I heard that a high up in watchtower land described the gb as 'a concept' to some authority not too long ago - just can't recall the exact details, can you?
If that was true, what the hell does that make their 144,000 'teaching'...🤷♂️

Half hearted JWs compared to past generations

when i grew up in the cult they had a real sense of urgency and would do an hour minimum, these days it’s not even ten mins before coffee break.. same goes for everything else, it’s half hearted .

I remember being in Spain the the 1980's and somebody had (I think) an english My Book Of Bible Stories. (or was it the red You Can Live Forever In Paradise book?)
Anyway, the Spanish witnesses were amazed, they had never seen the book before. Not sure when those books were published in Spain??

i thought i would share it here if anyone is so inclined to write one.
for those with pimi jw family and jw business connections, it may not be wise to share such a letter, but i imagine it must be very freeing to send such a letter.

It's funny. It seems to me there's far more proof that the jw's do not have 'the truth' than any proof that they do!
All this logical evidence is lost of course of those who have devoted their lives to the watchtower's ever changing teachings.
So easy for them to just dismiss you and label you 'an apostate' than take the time to check out the reality that their religion is a cult and a sham..

Questions about WT illustrations

however...as i grew up lol (apparently!
) the illustrations changed....and became more modern.
