A polite way to ask someone to keep their hands to themselves...

what's a polite way to ask a man to keep his hands to himself while conversing in a group with you?.

this neighbor of mine and i were sitting in chairs on the deck with other people.. he always touched me whenever he said anything to me or i said anything to him.. it was as if he was using touch like an antenna to send and receive signals.. i didn't know what to do, so instead of risking embarrassment for us both, i did nothing but stand up and step away.. i stepped away after he attempted to caress my hamstrings on one leg.. *shudder*.

wonder why 60+ year old men think that a woman being nice to him means she's hot for him.. also wonders why it's only the smoking, beer guzzling, scrawny, bony, and smelly old men who do that.. .

All I know is that I had the same thing happen when friends of ours would have a little too much..I knew he was getting drunk so I simply moved away..if it continued I would have quietly asked him to stop if it made me uncomfortable..if he continued either he would leave if it was my place or I would leave if it was his place..

Actually had a husband and wife get out of control with both hubby and I one time and although hubby seemd to be enjoying it (even tho he was a witness) I wasn't ..I insisted we leave or at least for hubby take me home. The guy aplolgised and we did stay but we didn't see much of them after that if they were drinking. If they weren't drinking they were the nicest people you would want to be around. Some people just can't hold their liquor.

Lets assume that the Bible is accurate - odd about Adam having sex with his wife?

i was reading the book of jashar and it talks about how adam "knew" his wife after they were kicked out from the garden.

does this mean that they did not have sex prior to this incident?

also in jashar, chapter two it says adam once again knew his wife in the 130th year.

The whole Adam and Eve thing is sexual. It seems to say that creation was sexless. Was it God's plan to not reproduce Adam and Eve? They must have been so lonely and not self-sustaining. What did they do? Why did God give them genitalia if they weren't supposed to use it? Of all the stories in the Bible, Adam and Eve sounds the most far-fetched. What about orgasms? Scientists say there is an important part of the nature of human orgasm separate from animal orgasm. I can't recall what it is

Good thing women don't have to have an orgasm to get pregnant, Adam being inexperienced and all..

Actually I think this is the classiest answer,

and this might sound crazy, but you could politely ask him to not do that in private. I know, it's a bold and risky plan, but it just might work

I actually know of guys that get turned on by threatning to break their finger/hand if they put it on your leg...

and my spouse is pissed... anyways, we slow boiled chicken to make soup and it was finished last night.

i could not find room in thr frig so i left it out... the good news is our house was around 55-60 degrees all day and night.

is it safe to eat if reheated?

I figured that the sour cream container just kept getting refilled instead of changed or possibly was left out too long in the heat by the cooking area. It was a container like a mustard and ketchup squeeze container an ddidn't look to clean. I t was one of the nastiest taco Bells I have ever seen. And the workers were just as nasty and dirty looking. The one here by my house is really nice..

food handlers who don't wash hands. Latex gloves give a false sense of cleanliness and are not replaced often.

Saw this and remembered a incident in a grocery store. The gal had nasty "inflamed "acne all over her face and she was in the meat department waiting on people..She had gloves on but kept touching her face..she asked me what I wanted with attitude and I told her, well she starts to get my order and I said "wait a minute, aren't you going to change your gloves? you keep touching your face and your gloves are contaminated". Well all hell broke loose, she had a abcessed tooth that hurt and they wouldnl't let her take off work..they she tells me all her other woes like her power may be cut off, etc. This is all being said in a very loud angry voice. I just walked away and decided to talk to the manager. I told him what happened and commented about how come they didn't let her off? He said he had no idea she was sick. duh!..I didn't see her much after that. I think she either quit or got fired.

Another time a gal also in the meat department had gloves on and picked something up off the floor, for some reason I am thinking it ws glass..then they proceeded to get my order..I just stood dumfounded..and walked away shaking my head.

I have a lot of meat department stories..

a man i knew in england.his wife was a jw he wasnt.... i knew she had ran off with the elder..1999..was df so was the elder.. they were then reinstated -she divorced alan #1 !!!!

& married the elder another .

Taco Bell (where I work) is so strict that when prepping food (transfering from bag to bin), you can only take one bag at a time from the cooler, scissors set down during prep must be placed in a little sanitized pot, and only a small cup may be used to take icy cold water from the drink machine to be used to pour a little in each lettuce bin. Must go back and forth for freshly cold water. Meat must be rapidly cooled in between layers of ice before going into the walk in as carry-over. And, food gets discarded regularly throughout the day at set times.

I threw up for hours after eating Taco Bell one time..I suspected the sour cream. I am sure the Taco bell I went to wasn't that clean/careful , they could barely speak english besides.. I Couldn't eat there for years after that. I have a nice clean one by my house now that I go to occasionally..

Well it's been 6 hours..is sinus still alive? or

I remember when camping with the In laws one time and we had a big pot of chili in a cast iron kettle. We put it on the trunk of the car to cool and forgot about it. The next morning my MIL saw it and said...OOps..
The temp was around 60 something that night.
Her and her hubby and my hubby ate it and they were fine..as for me..I refused to eat it..I didn't want ot take any chances, my MIL rubbed that in for years!

But I think they may be in trouble if they ate it according to this:

How long can cooked chicken be kept out? We had cooked chicken in the fridge, then my daughter left it out overnight. How about butter, can it be left on the counter, or should it be in the fridge between use? Thanks.

If cooked chicken is left on the counter at room temperature longer than one hour ( two hours in the winter) it should be discarded. There is an increased risk it will be contaminated with harmful bacteria. To preserve quality, butter should be kept in the refrigerator between uses.
