evolution is a tool of creation, shaping, a process that for us, started 13.8 billion years ago, and had a major event after the first 10, with abiogenesis, the start of organic life.
It is not about kid's feelings, but an immense reality out there.
is most of the promotion of creationism, not just that by the wt, charlatanism?.

created a favorable environment for nature (undirected by any intelligence) to bring into being the various chemicals.
DJ: and that is where the creator comes in. The genius is, that it took uncreated energy, & laws to create and govern the universe and its different structure, including life's developments.
Newton thought that god had to tinker to keep it stable for so long. we think we know better now.
she is smarter than that.
howdy folks,.
i am interested in learning whether or not the watchtower society is the only religious entity that teaches the "from paradise lost to paradise regained" idea.. the "idea" is that god's original purpose for man and the earth has not changed.
god purposed for adam and eve and their offspring to reproduce and fill the earth and live forever upon it; but the problem of sin entered into the picture and temporarily interrupted that purpose from being completed.
Please....devil...big loser, not big lover. Vdh
a freudian slip.
"God loved the world so much", and of course so does the world's god, his own.
as the musical had it, " I wished god (or the devil) would love somebody else for a change." and stop using us as their battlefield. punching bag,

we’ve been able to create all but ~10 in the lab simply by simulating an early earth environment.
AM: that only leaves the small detail to also furnish the sun energy the earth, the lab.
just because we find out how it works -- does not mean it was not work in the first place.

for an information system to develop on its own. It needs a designer, manufacturer and programmer
V: or, if not a designer in a hands on involvement, at a minimum,
the energy, the place, the laws, the choice of outcomes, the incentive to happen. and: energy is uncreated.

evolution, as revealed in the fossil record, is a process that is an ingenious creative method, more subtle than the "tinkering by god" theory of the fundamentalists.
do you recall reading this passage before?
i came across this it yesterday while preparing a bible presentation on trees.
i had no idea this passage existed.
Marcial, combien d'arbre sont mort pour imprimer tout cela?
in a post this morning, i suggested that a way to wake up fellow congregants is to plainly comment or make talks on teachings and rules the jws don't really know too well.
the idea is that you can say these things, other jws will be bothered by the comments, but will not be able to do anything about it as this is the official teaching or stand on this or that.
the key here is that when troubling rules and teachings are thought in the watchtower, they generally use wording that makes them go down easy.
-- The WT says that Jesus died to pay back what Adam lost.
SB: right, giving back the right to paradise, the tree of life, indefinite lifespan, but then wt applies it only to the heavenly class, which wt limits to 144 000, and that really do not need adamic perfection. ***
wt substitutes the new covenant for delivery from sin, with the "kingdom" covenant, and then, only for the partakers.
ordinary joe's get nothing at all.
*** In the "Revelation" book, there is one instance where wt states that the "anointed" have to sacrifice the right to paradise, in order to make it to heaven, just like Jesus, who as the second Adam, had that earthly right.
If wt repeated that, it would be clear to all, that all jws have to partake. The apostles did, while still having the earthly hope!
in the latest gb update, losch basically scolds any jws who are wary of masks and the new experimental vaccines, and says that they're being influenced by conspiracy theories and essentially taking a political side.
yet every week i hear individual jws, encouraged by the organization, wishing that masks and vaccines were required by the government and that people would just stay home.
so taking that extreme stance isn't political, because it falls in line with what the org wants, but the opposite is political.. now the stage is more than set for anyone who doesn't fall in line with these things to be viewed as "weak" or getting political, and it shows to be a lie their claim that these things are "personal decisions".. they supposedly are respecting the decisions of the "superior authorities" .
not all decision by governments are "political" , even they are made to win the next election.
The wt governing body wants to appear governmental of course.
insight book page 1019 volume 2. personification does not prove personality.. this is seen in the explanation given regarding jesus using he for the holy spirit.
that the holy spirit is said to do so many things like hearing, receiving speaking does not prove that holy spirit is a personality.
on that same page proverbs 8:1-36 was cited.
I used the male breast always to illustrate to people that it would feel perfectly natural in the non-sex resurrection to have redundant organs, wise beyond the grave, female or just male.
