  Aren`t These Two Scriptures At Odds With Each Other ?

  romans 13 ,1-7 contrast with 2 cor.4 : 3-6 ,on the one hand the faithful are to be obedient to the superior authorities ,worldly government ,law enforcement ,etc, as its gods arrangement and to go against it is to go against god ?.

  then 2 cor .4 : 3-6 states that the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one satan the devil and if you are obedient to that you are supporting satan`s system of things and going against gods arrangement ?.

  what sort of mental gymnastics do you need to acquire to accept both of these scriptures and keep your sanity ?.

  Removing Historic Monuments and Statues - Does the Term "Historical" Make it Right or Wrong?

  after further review and thought, i really don't see how removing a monument or statue that may be truly offensive to a large group of people is in some way rewriting history.. i think of germany or other parts of europe.

  you don't see swastikas on buildings or statues of hitler or mussolini or other upper level generals in public.

  would it be good for a person (think jewish) to drive around a city and see hitler in a public park, even though it is "historical?

  consider too, that statues of Hitler , The Duce, Saddam Hussein were toppled by the victors, white majority, excellence has not been toppled yet.

  is this the same alex reinmueller, who wrote the hapiness book?.

  cant resist some "foolish talk": what a croc having a name composed of "rein" like "into" and "muell[-[er]" american english "garbage" to use as a contributor to a jw effort.

  really, though, some things, like jw's idealized moral standards are great. sind kein Muell.

  here are some questions to ask visiting jws to help them realize their faith is not in the bible, but in men.. questions about how you view the bible.. 1. do you view the bible as the inspired word of god?

  2. do you believe the bible is written for everyone?

  wt writers trot out the same scriptures over and over again to maintain the power set up they have created.

  oodles of other texts contradict those practises, doctrines.

  Last week's wt study on the changing locusts shows how tenuous that understanding of bible passages is.

  perhaps they are preparing the way to have bigger changes blabbed about in the future wt "studies" , parroting " Yeah, this and this means really that." ignoring the deeper truth, that their beliefs were meaningless, stubbornly wrong all along.

  I am looking at the raised hands, open like a blessing, invitation to a handshake, not clenched fists, as in the other side's leftist demos.

  How much better lives our black brothers had, and have here, compared to their cousins in Africa, Haiti, untouched by white supremacy, the superior work.

  with almost all the superb / supreme accomplishment of modern science / coming from, or refined, inside a triangle that spans roughly from St Petersburg, Athens to San Fransisco, it is no surprise that the predominant colour is white.

  Before you think that is a racist statement, --- White light, new or old, is a blending of all rainbow colours.

  How Would You React if a Snake Started Talking to You?

  just an odd thought i guess.

  i saw a large snake in the back of my house the other day and it went on its merry way.

  i just asked myself, what if the snake turned around and wanted to have a philosophical discussion on life, the universe or the origin of creation and then began to ask me questions?

  I would know something unusual is up, and get some body to record the interview, best live. given the laws of nature, snakes are sneaky, can not talk.

  There are so many things even our best specialists do not understand, it might be the time to get some answers.

  If the message would be you, and millions will not die, a sales pitch, should I go and see a shrink?
