a small problem with that is ww1 started on july 28th 1914 whilst satan was still in heaven picking his nose.. how did we not see this and waste years of precious life?

often wondered why Jehovah's Witnesses seem to spend so much time in the Old Testament. tbk

Such as the current weekly treatment of David.

A war criminal that would be hanged beside Goering at Nuremberg. A collector of human skin surpassing Ilse Koch. A pervert having an exclusive taste fro other men's wives. A bandit leader using death threats to extort his payouts. making bad decision that needlessly killed tens of thousands on and on. declaring himself to be a man according to the deity's heart.

Remembering back

anything you remember that went in org that you feel embarrassed now?

i remember back in the 80s how seems like every magazine was about bashing other group's.

how holy and faithful watchtower was compared to catholic church.

Conducting a home 'bible' study using the brown "let God be True" book, and being berated by the Baptist householder on the superior Authorities being, according to the wt doctrine, Jehovah and Jesus. then, coming home and having on my bed, in the newly arrived brown wrapper, the wt subscription (free for special pioneers).

Skimming through, finding on the last page, "question from readers" that wt had removed The Father and Son from their position in worldly government.. then,

as wt conductor having to encourage the congregation to read that magazine in full, with that "new light"

In other words. The churches, (very powerful in that territory) Babylon the Great was right all along, wt was wrong.

Had that brownity feeling, Found out since, that most of the stuff is wrong anyway. even the brown nosing in the org. up to the doctrine directors.

from a deist standpoint, the Universe, is a very successful enterprise, and at least on this planet life sparked up and flourished.

It stands to reason, that if there is, or would be a continuation to that process, and those that contributed well to the maintaining and advancement of good progress would be useful in furthers activities in that endeavour, then some form of after life might be in the plan.

in the mean time, dont be mean, treat your presence in the present as a present, do well, that is good enough. enJpy.

recently, in the past few months, and this only applies to in dubs who might have taken note, the watchtower study edition made a change.

it mentioned the “warning work” where dubs are going to march around and proclaim everyone is going to die.. anyway, this article said it was now only a possibility, not a sure thing.. i can’t find it.

did watchtology change it already?.

since , according to current wt doctrine all anointed partakers , most prominently the eminent Governing Body cum Faithful and Discreet Slave will at the onset of the Great Tribulation depart for heaven, the wt organisation will be on auto pilot, and

may be another virus outbreak at that time will confine all wt warriors to the barracks again. Anyway, according to Jesus' words, non of this will happen as wt predicted, because he is reported to have said,

that the generation (the wt anointed) will not pass away, to heaven or the other place after and until the Gt and sundry other signs, events have occurred first.
