I personally felt that Kate tried to deflect my questions on the basis that she didn't think my motives were open several times. She also reasserted her claim I was not genuine on page 7:

I did challenge her on this and she did apologise again, which is the end of it for me.

I have no beef with Kate. My life is easier respecting the positive things she has done over the years here rather than trying to force her to answer every one of my questions.

The interesting bit of the discussion now is the debate between Cofty and Kate as it exposes me to the technicalities of a subject I have little real knowledge of.

here is an idea i tested.

works at both assemblies and conventions.

i have noticed at the last convention and at my last assembly that when i opened up my wifi setting, tons of hotspots came up for people tethering their tablets to their smart phones.

I did not let anyone join it to prevent any risk of being hacked or me accidentally outing myself but I did get a message from one person on this board saying they saw it. Hopefully others did too.

The only thing is that the HS turns off after a while due to lack of connections and I've not found a way of keeping it on. Another thing I would like to do is change the SSID every hour or so to a new message but it's a bit difficult to do that safely at my seat and I don't want to be up and down all the time. Perhaps there is an app for that :-)

When I last did it at Haysbridge the attendents saw it and there was loads of activity as they thought there was about to be an apostattack any second :-) Didn't notice the same activity at the Amex though...

science imo does not have all the answers.

when i discover gaps in science, it's easy for me, as a temporary measure to fill in the gaps with god.

i do this until i have learnt something new.. what about you?

Opps sorry I didn't think it was constant. I am wrong though Ruby is interested too. She read the paper. But over the years when cofty has posted the link to the paper, no one else posted any chemistry in relation to it.
Have you read the links? Are you going to?

I didn't even manage to get O level chemistry so it sometimes takes me some time to digest the science let alone think about posting more chemistry.

I do read the links however as much as possible. Ultimately if people don't post it does not mean they are not interested.

Why do you constantly presume to know what everyone else on the board is thinking, is motivated by and has an interest in? Maybe your ability to read minds is the reason why you can't get your head round why we can't read yours.

I think it's far more relevant to ask if God/FSM exists then what is he doing now?

Why is he apparently so interested in Serena Williams winning grand slams but seemingly far less interested in stopping countless people dying from cancer, especially when he supposedly created the physical laws that guide cell division and replication.

To bring it back to the OP.... was he created a bastard or did he evolve into being a bastard? If he was created a bastard then is his creator a bastard? Which bastard created the bastard creator?

Judging from the existing construction work under way I bet the project was halted and already completed/approved plans were re-written; I would be interested if someone with experience in construction had an opinion.

This is 100% the case. I was speaking with someone who holds a senior role in the construction department at Brooklyn last December and knows the project very, very well. They stopped the work, scaled it back and then resubmitted drawings for planning approval. They stopped all groundworks and over the past 6-9 months have concentrated on access road, clearing old waste and contaminated areas, clearing trees and general preparation.

It was a real skeleton staff for while but my understanding is that groundworks have been back underway for a while, presumably in areas where they were confident they could move ahead once everything was cleared planning wise.

I expect a further cash drive asap now, probably repeated along with the quarterly reviews. I suspect they will keep the sale of Mill Hill going as slowly as possible so the R&F don't hear of a multi-million sale going through and slow the giving down.
