I was hoping to get some comments on Uruguays claim to the islands, but that little point seemed to get lost along the way.
I think the easiest way to resolve this political problem would be for GB to colonise Argentina. Remove the antagonism and sort out Argentinas corruption and economy all in one go.

i usually find fault with the religion but i must give credit when due.
in the hall my mom is in, they regularly check on her and assign different ones to visit and check on the elderly.. if there's a storm or an extremely cold day, they come by to make sure the elderly have everything they need..
How else are they to get property willed to them?

Dropping the monthly reports would provide an equalising.
No more 15 mins for elderly, 10 for pubs, 50 for Aux's or 70 for Reg pio's.
The CO meeting with the pio's wouldn't turf out the lowly Aux pio's after 30 mins, leaving the creamy Reg pio's for the remainder of the meeting.
Each would do what his heart motivated him to do.
The total yearly hours would plummet like a mill stone.
