Another Chapter....

i spent my last day sitting in a classroom for my master's degree friday.
i just have my affliations left and then i will be an occupational therapist!

Millions now dying will never live
by PopeOfEruke ini got the news yesterday that a dear old friend and a "faithful" witness for over 65 years!!!
is on her deathbed.
after all those damn years of waiting for the "new system" and these poor simple people die in a hospital like everyone else.. rutherfords lie was only 2 words wrong - it should have been "millions now dying will never live.".

I hate seeing that. I know of a few old timers that died since I left and I can remember them talking about how they wanted to make it to the "new system" and all that stuff. My grandmother died in 1983 and basically only regretted that she wouldn't see it first hand. I think she got a surprise when she passed but that's just my opinion

Farewell Party for a DO
by Defender inmy old congregation that i used to attend threw a farewell party tonight for the do who is being relocated to another district out west.
i went along with my wife just to see old friends in the hall.
all the elders know about my situation, yet continue to treat me cordially, at least for the time being.

Update on my Mom - please read
by MrMoe inwell, mom is now on morphine, so she has a few days at best.
her organs are now faling, heart and lungs are the worst off.
went in the hospital today, laid there next to her for hours.
