So, Jehovah's earthly organization has no responsibility to warn the little children against potential harm within the congregation or within the community. Let the heavens rejoice. Jehovah must be so proud. The children might not be safe but at least the money is.

Do Kingdom Hall congregations communicate with each other?
by Faithful Witness inwhen asked, my mom denies that they do.... do local congregations pass along gossip or reports on householders in the area?
specifically, i am wondering if they might report on (unbaptized) family members that live in other towns?.
since the abrupt ending of my bs with miss k, i have not heard from the jw's at all.

If the Watchtower Society and Jehovah's Witnesses were really Jehovah God's true organization and representatives on earth then the following is what the judges really said...
[Jehovah God] contend that Conti’s parents could be found at least partially responsible for the harm she suffered because they were negligent in supervising her and entrusting her to [Jehovah God's] care. However, the court properly refused to allow attribution of fault to Conti’s parents given the absence of any evidence they had reason to know [Jehovah God] was a threat to her. (See Chaney v. Superior Court (1995) 39 Cal.App.4th 152, 156–158 [parent must have actual knowledge of threat of molestation to be liable for negligent supervision of the victim; such knowledge was not established by perpetrator’s allegedly “excessive” gift-giving and attention paid to minor].) by PokerPlayerPhil ini am pasting what flipper posted here below because i wanted to know how culpable the body of elders are your opinion and as a juror what you would do to this person(probably the secretary who was his friend, sounds that way.
) the odds are this was their secretary and conveniently he make's no mention and downplay's kendrick's bad qualities because there's another root why kendrick's acted as bad witness.
jws elders will go to great lenghts to cover up their buddy and family's sins while blasting those who they hate or pick on.

February 15, 2015 Watchtower Tells Lies About Bible Jesus!

In reading any sentence, statement, or phrase be careful not to miss the grammatical modifier.
"He never called undue attention to himself."
The use of the grammatical modifier "undue" changes the statement and structure of the sentence. The word "undue" can mean unwarranted or inappropriate or excessive or disproportionate.
He never called inappropriate attention to himself.
Grammatical modifiers are often used by the governing body and the writers of Watchtower literature to entirely change the meaning of statements and sentences. Consider the phrases "mature christian" or "spiritual brother" or "qualified elder" and how the grammatical modifier is used to change the meaning. The phrase "qualified elder" does not mean there are unqualified elders, for the Watchtower Society would never admit that.
Not too long ago Stephen Lett of the governing body gave a talk in which he warned JW's to reject "false stories ... apostate-driven lies and dishonesties". His talk was replete with grammatical modifiers such as the three just quoted in the previous sentence.
