So ... Russia and Nato at war? Should we be worried?

it seems unbelievable but turkey (a nato member state) shooting down a russian jet fighter on their syrian border seems to be "meh" news and no one is too bothered about it too much.. the world seems a bit upside down right now.

i don't think a lot of countries really know who the hell they are fighting and who is and isn't on their side in it all and really what is going on.. smaller incidents than this have led to major conflicts in the past but hopefully calm heads will prevail.

china shot down a us spy plane years ago and the world survived and forgot about it so things will move on i'm sure.. i'm guessing the price turkey pays for their gas supply from russia will be going up soon though.. man, that republican primary is sucking all the news attention from the room.

Somewhere the oil must go over the traders if not to turkey, damaskus, rebells in the land perhaps to israel, america or russia, libanon? One thing is sure, they would not pour it out unto desert sand or burn it off, thats for sure. Some have a profit, perhaps the false. Some guys earn monthly salary for the livelihood with that dirty oil. Somebody trades with the oil. If the Daesh regime has become rich with oil trade someone has bought the oil and has had profit, someone is interested that the trade is not interrupted.

Rumours say the son of turkish president (he always gets passed the buck) benefits from oil trade in syria and that rumor is of course not affirmed, and that even worse he had given order to shoot down the jet, absurd, as if he "was" daesh oil minister and of course this is not attestable. If such infam accusations would be ever true the president would resign and talk with his son to stop that dirty game, but anyway he would not be the only trader who gets rich with oil, there are thousand others who take the oil and like it although it is dirty. Oil has no bow tie.

I wonder why The Watchtower Society doesnt give away all Brooklyn Real Estate as donation to the town of N.Y for "Caritative purposes" or donate it into a watchtower charity foundation. This would bring a good reputation for the society, imagine the increase of reputation.

I think the location would be a good place for a university with dormitory for students, who could study in the heart of a new developped part of brooklyn, DUMBO for students.

If Mark Zuckerberg could do it and donate billions of dollars, why shouldnt Watchtower be able to establish a caritative funds for children and education.

It is not against the charta of Watchtower to establish caritative funds and to sponsor education, as I read in the charta of the Londoner sister organisation, EAJW.

By donating the watchtower property they would show their caritative purpose "spirit" and legitimate the Watchtowers tax exemptions.

No charta can urge the GB to only think of Dollars for the own community, of the own profit, they are allowed to donate and help the neigbours (neigbourhood) according to the gospel.

Is there in DUMBO nothing holy enough to make a museum of it, e.g. some rooms with exponates that were used while former important figures like Franz, Russel resided there, a meeting room, or the first digital press. Those things should be presented on the original scene and not in Warwick. Hey guys wake up you are throwing away your history. You will have no future and no history.

Is this whole building with tunnels not a cultural heritage for the mankind, should it not be worht to be protected against financial speculation of today?

Dont you remember in how many films the DUMBO scenaria with brooklyn bridge and HQ appeared. How often we said, "Look OUR Headquarter is in this film", when we sat in the cinema. and "I can see the sign: read gods word the bible daily even". The main building should at least have some room with JW connex remained, the tour guides will tell everyone, this is the "EX- JW Headquarter, funny, "Ex-JW" or "former JW Building" ha ha only one room is now a museum.

Everything thrown away? I like expositions about the former life in bethel, how did a laundry look like in Brooklyn, a kitchen, a library in former times, where did the GB hold their meetings in Brooklyn or the most interesting in which room was the NWT translated.

Prologos: Some days ago i watched a programme where the bird flight was mentioned. As far as i remember the bird flight is based on three simple natural principles, 1. Remain in the band, 2. Keep distance, 3 ? Dont know, but no telepathy

Such processes are simulated by computer software for prediction of pedestrian or vehicle traffic on roads or in airports or stadiums. Scientists simulate the bird fly in bands on computer, you can be the eagle with your mouse, and can watch how the birds flee, when you as eagle fly in the mist of them., the program software is very simple though.

Scientists are already working on robots like artificial soldiers that work in group and interact for themselves basing on such simple rules.or think of the artficial work robots, like a band of vacuun cleaners that dont touch each other

YMCA ? Are we allowed to go there or not?

half of our congregation goes there to work out because of the good pool facilities and prices, and the other half think that it's wrong due to it's old charter.

but no one is enforcing the wrong or right of it.

i'd be interested in knowing how this is being applied worldwide.

Would we rather be allowed to select our physicical starvation, while waiting for building of witness own "clear" swimming pools, built without demonic superstitious membership obligation?

If on a small island, a Ymca pool would be the only one pool to swim available, would i ever learn swim? No if am obidient and cause freedom to learn swim is no human right on the island. If YMCA was the only way to get a daily warm meal, a soup with potato after workout would you be a member or would you starve? How important is sport for you?

Perhaps those who dont go there are simply unsportsmanlike.
