what is the worst thing that can happen if a brother/sister moved in with a worldy person?

can there be reproof, elders meetings, loss of privledges?

I guess it depends on the "spirituality" of the person beforehand. I mean, I moved into a house with a bunch of students for college, and no one thought anything wrong with it...because I wasn't really putting myself out there in the first place to be judged. I went to the meetings, but made no attempt for field service and I was largely ignored. My mom only got a little mad when I moved in with a guy roommate...but she wasn't too mad because we weren't in a relationship, we were just two students, nothing big. BUT my family started to ignore me when I moved into a house with my boyfriend. So I guess it depends on the congregation, your standing, how out-there you put yourself. etc. Also...your situation...are you a student, etc?

Stacy, come to my university. There are a lot from every group here, a lot of religions and all sides of the political spectrum. Sure we all get a little heated in the online forums for the university, but never have I heard of someone not accepting the other practicing their right to free speech. I would like to think the school you attend is an odd one. I would hope anyway.
