I was dragged to numerous conventions. I remember especially my hurting ass from all that hard sitting. I went to the toilet a lot just to stretch the legs. Being forced to sit down and be bored for so long time especially for a child is a form of torture.

I think anony maus is being scolded for not using PC language. Certainly if BLM and their violence is a recent phenomen, then it is ok to say black people are getting more violent. Eyes, well since 12-13% of US population commit 50% of murder and brutal attacks, I guess your mom was right. Doubtlessly it would have created at more balanced US if they had placed a lot of blacks on ships to Africa efter the abolition but I guess it was too big logistic job.
