  Bethel orientation

  i was reading some recent postings that talked about the orientation meeting at bethel, and how the negative things were not to be reported back at the congregations.. now that we are free from it all, how about sharing some of these tales?

  I heard about a time in Sydney Australia Bethel in the 80's where a whole lot of Bethel couples got pregnant (well, the wives anyway) at around the same time. It was suspected that was done as an easy way for them to escape!

  Anyway the story went around that because of this, there would be condom vending machines installed in the toilets at Sydney Bethel. I think it was a joke, but hey who knows?

  Are married couples told how to practise contraception?

  To tell the truth, I really don't have a problem with the 20 year olds dancing naked either.....Tom takes things a little too seriously sometimes.....

  But the news in the Western world is VERY manipulative...its just a matter of knowing that and using ones own judgement as to what to believe.....

  Yes and I would like to ask for some stories describing "normal" life at Bet-hel.

  For instance, at Selters German branch I heard of married couple sharing a room where there is only a single bed with a "pull-out" cot underneath. So one married partner sleeps on the cot, at floor level, while the mate is another half a metre higher up. How does that work when the romantic urge starts to itch?

  Ways to get you back

  have some jw's who you were close to,try to get you back to the meetings?what did they do?.

  one woman i knew..tried to make me feel guilty with letters...saying it was like i stabbed her in the gut.she also gave me, my pictures back,of myself and my daughter.yeh thats a winner.just last year she gave someone i know..pictures i drew back to me, as well ,other pics of my daughter that were hanging around her house.. yeh sure,thats gonna win me over.

  my mother tells me she doesn't want to explain to my father (who is deceased) when he gets resurrected in the New System, why I am not there to greet him!

  Funny thing is, Dad absolutely hated the Dubs all his life, even chased one greasy pioneer out of the garden once with a shovel! How comes he gets into the NS but I waste 35 years on the BORG but I don't make it?

  when i fisrt left the organization,i was always full of duobt that it was the truth.i can remember ,becoming an apostate,was the unforgivable sin.for about 10 years i wouldnot "say"the "religion"was untrue and full of lies.even tho i was never going to go back.ater i have heard a lot of the "b.s" about this so called religion,was i peaceful saying this was lies.. i am now a proud apostate.

  Its almost as if they secretly doubt the stuff they are forcefed from the WT, and need the "hit" from the TV news to settle their doubts. Anyone else notice that?

  how the angels in heaven must be rejoicing, after hearing the news from moscow that there are now 140 more people safely into the new system.

  and amongst these 140 new resurrectees-to-be are 50 of the vilest terrorists from among mankind!

  oh, what a smack in the eye to satan when these 50 evil murderers are resurrected to paradise earth to see what a just god jehovah is and one who sticks to his word!

  With what keen anticipation these angels must now eye my 9 year old son, who is currently struggling with his piano lessons! What a vindication when his little life is terminated by a savage sword stroke by Jehovahs angel of death at Armageddon! And all because I didn't listen to the Watchtower.

  How loving and just Jehovah truly is!
