  Health Concerns

  heard from a friend living on the east coast (u.s.) that bethel is starting to crack down on obesity.

  they are sending bethlites for mandatory physicals and if your bmi is high they make you go on a diet.

  according to my friend, this person told him that he knows of a bethel brother who was flat out told he was "fat!

  That being said I do fully understand and appreciate that many factors go into a person's size namely DNA, bad metabolism, depression, medications that cause you to gain weight, etc.

  I notice when people talk of this matter they overlook the obvious .... eating to much...

  I have a few friends who want to lose weight .. I've lost 50 pounds .. when They ask me .. and I say it's about eating less.... portion control ..

  they say no no I just need to join a gym ... or what ever ..

  that being said other than a few medical conditions ... over eating is the cause of being overweight... period...

  by the way I lost 50 after quiting smoking by eating 6 small meal 3 to 4 hours apart ... always a little hungry never too full..

  I'm type 2 diabetic .. which forced me into this diet

  i'm just scared to take the first steps, because i don't know any "ex's" in my neck of the woods, and i'm very scared of loosing my family.

  I do have an open mind about alien life .. I just don't think if they made it here it would be covered up so easily ...

  I'm sure there are other life forms out there

  the whole cover up stuff.. is what I have a hard time with..

  You have to deduct that ... translation no proof

  So these 4 alien species capable of interstellar travel are being covered up by ........

  a species that has made it into orbit, traveled to it's own moon .. thinking of going to nearest planet someday....

  these are the simplest reasons I have no use for alien consiracy theories..

  what exactly is the proof? Didn't see any proof...

  so 4 alien races with the technology of interstellar space travel.... are covered up by all the governments around the world who can't agree or cooperate on anything..
