  I`ve never had JW`s come to the door and be Truthful......EVER..

  i know that some people on the board have experience of being mormons, so i would be interested in your feedback.

  at church this afternoon it was an uncanny experience.

  in the past i've read a lot about mormons, so i thought i was prepared in general for what it would be like.

  In addition to the chapel (is that the name?) there is a basketball court, a large kitchen, dining area, library, various classrooms and teaching rooms, a play room for kids, and at least three business style offices with desks and computers for the different office holders including president, bishop and I forget what else.....SBF

  someone, somehow, has figured out that im a member of this site and - rather than speak to me - has promptly reported me to the elders.

  i heard today about a former jw/now apostate who is dying in hospital.

  this information was accompanied by the comment of "wouldn't be awful to be lying there in hospital,dying as an apostate!

  i’ve been reading it for a few of years off and on, but have been a little too ... maybe ... timid to join.

  i left the watchtower organization almost 20 years ago but never abandoned my faith and belief in god.

  i knew the gb/organization didn’t represent god, so when i lost my faith in them, i managed to keep my faith in an all wise benevolent creator.

  The Urantia Book is the only quasi-religious book that effectively answers all questions and issues of atheists..

  And, fyi, it was written by contemporaries and eyewitnesses.....Believer
