COs are made to appear autonomous in an attempt to let the Watchtower off the hook in court, but they are still company men who will follow the company rules. If they overstep, Watchtower will remove and replace them. There might be some individual variation, but COs don’t have carte blanche.

he said that the c/o told them this new requirement.. "men that wanna be an elder or ministerial servant has to go out to field service on sundays.
if there is an elder or ministerial servant that is not going out to field service on sunday can lose the priviledge".

There are written rules in this organization and unwritten rules in organization…kind of an “oral law” as it were. For instance, nowhere is it written that JWs should not have beards.
When the elders evaluate the pool of males for appointment, they might split hairs. Do they go out at least one Sunday a month? How many return visits do they report? Some elder bodies can be quite fickle. It is one of the most judgmental organizations on earth, after all.
I’ve known of people who do everything “right”, even exceed the written rules, and the elders pass on them because they don’t make enough return visits or because their enrollment in “higher education” was an “inconvenience” to them.

Visit from anointed

last time he visited to help me i told him that i have a problem with the 1914 date.
now obviously every single aspect of this date is wrong, but i started off by asking how come they end it in 537 instead of 539, when the king of babylon obviously received his punishment in 539, as foretold by jeremiah.

Earth rotates the wrong way. ( no one even knew that )
by kairos ini've heard it mentioned a few times.. the rotating earth graphic in the background on jwtv rotates backwards.. i've mentioned it to the active and they are not concerned at all.. my response is, "it's something they are portraying that cannot be more wrong".. .
two gb members have stood in front of it telling us to trust them.

but what will they do in 20,30,50 years?
well i suspect that at some point they will claim that the promised paradise is already here but that it has come in spirtual form.

They admit that there is a fulfillment that refers in symbolic terms to the return of the Exiles from Babylon—and that interpretation I agree with.
Of course, they then proceed to have a second and third fulfillments. For instance, symbolic/spiritual interpretation referring to the “spiritual paradise” since 1919. And then a future, literal fulfillment to come.
Now they are backing off types/antitypes, I don’t know how they would stretch the fulfillment of this to either 1919 or the future. But that’s never stopped them before.

through some kind of interaction in the comets environment, 67ps weak magnetic field seems to be oscillating at low frequencies.
