The Letter to The Body of Elders quoted above is talking about Privileges of service.... If they are going to appoint this piece of filth to be an Elder, then logically he must already have privileges of service as a Ministerial Servant.
Before privileges can be extended, such a man must meet the Scriptural qualifications of being “self-controlled” and “irreprehensible.” He must “also have a fine testimony” from individuals inside and outside the congregation. (Titus 1:6-8; 1 Tim. 3:2, 7)

Just going off the point abit but remember that if that picture was taken in 1914 then Jesus meant a child that isn't even on the picture but will be born some time in the future whose life will overlap with the baby shown.
So really this picture was taken in 1914 so there are 5 generations in the picture. The 5th gen comes from the baby who will grow up and have a baby of it's own which will still only be 1 overlapping generation with the original members of the pic taken in 1914. "This is evidently what Jesus meant" even though 3 of the original generations from the picture are no longer alive to meet the babies baby.

I think the OP means not to sue the WT Society but the individual men, personally. There is an example where someone did this and was left alone, I think I read it on here?

i have just finished the most difficult year of my academic life by far, since august i have had 4 days off.. the exams were from hell, i ran out of money with 2 months to go, 2 months rent to pay and 2 huge exams to go.
with few friends and family around, it made for a scary situation.. but i did it.... today i got the 'pass'.... 6 years done, one to go.... i am it i'm the final year of doctor training.

he did not know however that one of the elders who is a friend of mine had already divulged this future meeting.

i've received a jw convention invitation in my mailbox.
are they doing this to everyone, or am i being targeted as a prospective 'interested person'??.
since when did they print invitations for conventions?
I could never work it out. We always have more properties than 'invites'. We only get about 3-4k 'invites' with a blank area to put the time & location of the DC. This usually means someone has to run their inkjet flat out and the paper is awful and jams all the time or tries to take 2-3 pages at a time. Same thing happens for the Memorial invittations. What happens then is the Elders decide which Territory Maps™ will be responsive as their are not enough invites to go round the whole territory. The future survival of people in this town depends on what map there street is on and only if the local Elders view that map as more responsive.
...because it's now an art gallery.. it was really strange to have a look around the building and see what they have done with it.
a lot of the old kh features are still there.
they have kept the old platform, it gets used as a music venue on occasions.. i went up on the platform and faced the hall to bring back memories of the hundreds of times i stood there giving talks.. they have quite a few of the old chairs and the magazine/literature counter is still there but it has been moved beside the stage and painted.. all those huge windows have been restored and the place is full of light.. you can see a lot of pictures at their website, they have called it "the berwick watchtower".. the owner asked my wife and i if it was our first visit - hahaha.
