I stand corrected. MacMillan's book Faith on the March says that he was married in 1902, but after that there is no mention of his wife that I could find.

I've never heard or seen that AH MacMillan was ever married. So I have to question the news article in the OP that states that a Mary MacMillan who was teaching school in the 1940's was his wife. He would have been over 70 by then as well. It's possible, I suppose, but I find it doubtful.

Russell's aleged freemasonry on JWfacts.com
by NikL inpaul has written an interesting piece on jwfacts.com .
https://jwfacts.com/watchtower/blog/russell-not-a-freemason.php.
anyway, it jogged my memory and reminded me of something i thought i would pass on to you.back in the late 80s i had the opportunity to chat with ray franz on the phone and i asked him about this very thing.he didn't say yes or no to russel's masonic connection but what he said was something like, "he is buried in the masonic section of the cemetery so draw your own conclusion.

I have something totally unique. A family member worked in the bindery at Bethel in '79 and he made a copy of the Commentary on the Letter of James for me with Blue embossed letters on the cover (the standard letters were gold). Pretty neat.

WT NY sells of more property / land
by darkspilver inwhat was it that wt sold here??.
river-to-river trail to provide a pedestrian route to gunks.
the open space institute (osi), a new york environmental conservation group dedicated to protecting and enhancing recreational access to local landscapes... purchased the plot of land between new paltz and the mountains from watchtower society of new york, a jehovah’s witnesses group, for $2.1 million.

Wow, it seems like a lot of money for unimproved land that will be a trail corridor. Do we know how much acreage is included in the sale?

I had a reprint copy of The Three Worlds at one time, and based on the writing style and comparing it to the writing of the Divine Plan, I would say that Russell didn't write The Three Worlds. He did front the money to print it, however, as the previous poster noted.

I had a reprinted copy at one time. I agree that it was one of the worst written books I ever tried to read. I never did make it more than ten pages.

1919 a Date with Zero Prophetic Meaning
by JW_Rogue ini've noticed that lately the wt has been using the date 1919 more often.
in an almost matter of fact way, they will state that this is the year jesus finished refining his people and appointed the fds.
the only problem is there is little proof or even prophetic antitypes given for why this must have been the year.

Today's W.T on GB not being inspired is having ZERO impact on most J.W's
by Isambard Crater inthe congregation i attend had it's watchtower study on thursday night because of l.d.c work this week-end, and another congregation i have some not very spiritual friends in had their watchtower study on wednesday.
from what i have delicately prised out of people, the congregations loved the watchtower study this week, saying it was so encouraging and all the usual stuff, with no-one seeming to realise the g.b.
said they're not inspired, so the spirit int he past has moved them to teach wrong things, and all the other ideas excellently summed up on reddit.. today's watchtower will wash over the heads of most j.w's like it never even happened, the all remaining as loyal as ever, and it makes me so, so sad..

OK, I found it. It appears in 'Faith on the March', but it appears to be a different take of the photograph, as their exact positions are changed between the two photos.
