  NewChapter that is why it is so brilliant. It is so spot on, how crazy fundies sound, that most don't know how to take him. That's where the comments are killing me, so friggen funny. I wonder what I would have thought if I hadn't read the website first. I think I would have wondered if he were for real. It is exactly how so many sound, and they are being serious. Scary.

  the letter leaked today on "confidentiality" had an infurating set of paragraphs on suicides, attempted suicides, and threatened suicides.

  It's the wording "should not discourage from contacting the authorities" its the same for pedophilia, any crime, and now suicide..."should not discourge'

  Any one with a conscience, bibled based or not would write that "you SHOULD ENCOURAGE them to call the authorities.". Friggen WT conscience is blackhearted *finishes with a stream of obscenities*

  i have to wonder if the watchtower is having financial problems of some sort.

  at the very least they are spending more than they are taking in.

  which would explain all of the cutbacks of the last decade.

  I had dinner with another ex-jw last night, and we were talking about how they have been gambling in hedge funds. He mentioned they may have tanked. I personally see them selling off so they can move into their own compound. I don't really see their selling off stuff as they are in finacial trouble, just as was said, it's business.

  i have been on this site daily, almost from its beginning, since i left the jws in 2001, but i have been more of a reader than a poster, as you can see from my post count.

  i know few here know me, although i know many of you through reading your posts.

  maybe it is not right to ask for support, when i generally stay quietly in the background of this forum, but i want only to speak a human misery of the deepest kind.
