Awww Paula honey,
I feel awful for you. I wish I'd seen this earlier before I went out for the afternoon, I'd have driven straight over to give you that much needed hug.
We missed the last few days with my grandpa because we were at the convention and we stayed behind an extra day to clean the Arms Park when he died.
Sizemik's words were especially touching and helpful. Your Mum passed knowing that you love her. She sounds like she was one hell of a girl - a real character. Is there anything you'd like to do, eat/drink, or anywhere you might like to go that you can do in her honour?
Will send you a PM...
Lots of love & ((hugs)) xxx

Undue Conformity Look what happens!
by Marvin Shilmer inundue conformity look what happens!.
today i uploaded a new article sharing what watchtower shows as the result of undue conformity.
this image may look familiar to some folks, but it should make everyone under the influence of watchtowers governing body take a close look at themselves.

I have spent my entire life having to spell my name out to everyone because there are so many alternate spellings. Plus my surname is uncommon so that has to be spelled out too...
I think your name is beautiful.

Any workout junkies in here?
by NomadSoul ini need to get back into my routine.
just trying to find some good motivation to keep on track.
starting today i'm going to work out 30 mins on weights one day, and the next day 1 hour running or walking.

What's your workout routine?
Currently, nothing apart from Slendertone and chasing after a 2 year old who has a bad habit of sprinting off up the street. I have diastasis recti after 2 pregnancies so I need to rehabilitate.
I was exercise obsessed in my mid-twenties. Used to do soccer training one or twice a week, plus 3-5 gym sessions which were usually approx 15mins cardio (cross trainer if one was free) followed by 45mins weights.

OMG shunning story
by man in black inmy wife and i went to fedex / kinko's this afternoon and ran into a girl who was df'ed several years ago, (her parents are quite the rabid jw's.).
they have two daughters, and the younger one recently got married at the kh.. the older one who we were talking to proceeded to tell us that she decided to attend her younger sisters wedding ceremony which was fine despite the fact that nobody talked to her.. but after the wedding she was basically ushered out of the hall.
she was not allowed to participate in any pictures, or allowed to speak to the new couple.

That's awful but sadly very common. I wasn't even invited to my sister's wedding and she had a civil ceremony!
