  HI, Anyone have any idea why my floppy drive goes bonkers when I open this thread???

  I am serious about this, it acts like it is trying to read a disk,and there isn't one in the drive.

  What things are pagan in origin?

  i read someone's commment about the pagan origins of pretzels, which i didn't know.

  i'd like to share with my kids other items or customs that are also pagan in origin, like wedding rings and the wedding cake.

  i want them to see that christmas isn't the only tradition with roots in pagan religion that have changed meaning over the years.. any others out there?

  HI, I collect many different things; comic books, coins, old bibles,Timothy Wolfe figurines,matchbox toys, cigarette lighters, Joe Camel stuff, and others. Probably the oddest are fingernail clippers. Several years ago, by chance, I discovered that the "TRIM" brand of clippers have a manufacturing year date on them. Since then I Have collected different dates I have found.

  OM Book on-line?

  a question: does anyone know if the om book (organized to accomplish our ministry) is available on line.

  i am particularly interested in the 80 questions and anything to do with elder ms qualifications.

  i lost mine several years ago when i stripped down my library to a small number of books and the cd-rom.. i'd be willing to buy a hard copy and cover the shipping costs if anyone has a spare.. thanks,.

  in 1972 the great irish balladeer don mcclean introduced the song "american pie.

  " it was and still is a classic.

  the song is full of symbolism and even to this day almost thirty years after the song was first introduced, mcclean will not reveal the real meanings behind much of that symbolism.. in that song, he sings about "the day the music died.

  RHETT, There have and always will be problems, But I would rather live in a time that was of a simpler life and was not as fast paced. I don't think that at this time 1914 is of any significance. The End? No, probably a beginning.

  My narrow gate is on the north side. The wide[broad] gate is to the west. There is another very little used gate to the south.
