Why do they have clothes on?

just a thought.... in most of the publications that have pictures of people in the new order / new system / paradise earth - why do they have clothes on?

not only that, but they usually wear their national costumes !.

i guess the practical reason is that if everyone was naked then the watchtower would be classed as soft-porn and could only be sold from top shelves.... anyone have any thoughts on this?

Have they fixed the clothing problem in their literature yet? I havent seen a new magazine for a few months now.

on page 132 of the knowledge book it says: who are the "superior authorities"?

paaul's words in succeeding verses show that they are human governmental authorities.

(romans 13:1-7; titus 3:1) jehovah did not originateman's governmental authorities, but they exist by his permission.

You have already contradicted yourself. You claim that God put the governments there to "look after His flock", yet in another topic, you say the Beast is a government... we know the Beast is from Satan, not the Father. So, which is it?

There is a pretty important reason why I am more inclined to believe AGuest's explanation rather than yours.
Nowhere in your post have you attributed Jesus as the source of your understanding, however AGuest has.
Cant remember the exact scripture, but it goes something like "Do not lean upon your own understanding".
