I have still not truly got a grip on the "unforgivable sin", so I'm not even going to go there.
I never heard "lack of a hearing ear" discussed, nor anyone make such a statement.
If they had have done I'd like to think I'd have taken umbridge and given them a piece of my mind.
well this isn't just another "boohoo, i'm so depressed, bwaaa!
" thread...this is a more detailed investigation into the reason behind my sadness.
i felt like i could share it with the people on this board, as you lot in general seem to be far more emotionally sensitive than a lot of people on the internet.. i've been listening to ok computer by radiohead, and i must say, it's by far some of the most emotional music i've ever listened to.
Scents bring back the most vivid memories and feelings.
The deepest emotions bring out the greatest art - love, sadness, anger. None of these from a dispassionate heart.
For the record, I've shed more tears in the last six months than I have in my entire life - I joke not!

I successfully avoided putting myself in that position.
Fortunately there is a discussion by the whole BOE about whether or not to go Judicial, before the committee is formed. You can often tell the tenor of the JC before it is even formed.
Even before I left the JW's I objected to the whole process and the measures of censure employed.
One of the few pleasures I can take away is that I don't have the regret of having been on a Disfellowshipping committee.
I contemplated it long and hard, and would agree with Ozzie.
In all honesty, though, what does it matter what the elder's will feel when they DF your friend? There is little comfort in knowing that your life has been smashed to smitherines by someone who is "really broken up about it".
this is probably well-worn territory, seeing as the wts daniel interpretations havent really changed in 50 years.

ever since i've come to this board, you take every opportunity possible to imform everyone else how sad you are, do you ever give encouragement back to others, or have you always been like this, doing your best to stay as miserable as can be?.
you know theres lots of people here who would like to help you, given the chance, in fact i can't even be bothered to give you any encouragement this time, cos all you do every time you see someone in chat is tell them how lonely and sad you are.
