Why not just start over? You sinned, so what? Why not start out on the right foot this time, and just introduce yourself again?
Try being an honest as you can. There is no rule that you have to tell everything about yourself. Just tell us the things you want us to know, but be totally honest in the things you do say. I'm sure all will be forgiven, and in time you will be one of the gang here.
