My story

hi everyone i’m a pimo elder ex bethelite and pioneer who has been having doubts for many years.

as of late i’ve come to have even more doubts mainly due to the gb pushing the vaccines and acting like salesman for big pharma companies .

i will never take these vaccines even if it meant i couldn’t go to the hall as was previously said but the gb have done a big u turn on this now.

How far do we get away from 1914

how far do we get away from 1914 before they have a new light and admit it was all wrong?.

they cling to the old theory of the 77 week prophecy from the wrong date that jerusalem was destroyed .

with the overlapping generations nonsense still we are getting too far away from 1914. what will they say if we get to the 2030s and they still cling to 1914?.

I agree, they could ditch 1914, but that seems very unlikely. It's more probable that they would attempt to come up with some new interpretation of things.

I can say this, my PIMI father in law, when confronted, was fine devaluing 1914, putting it to the side, and falling back on "it's a good way to live", "there are a lot of well meaning people", "it's a great comminuty" type of argument.

If they were going to attempt a removal of 1914, they would have to do it over a long period of time. De-emphasize it, start to make it a minor point, so that it wouldn't be such a shock.

in a recent article there was this experience from el salvador:.

"during the meeting, brother baltasar perla, sr., who later became a member of the branch committee, asked all the elders present to give him their government-issued identity cards.

he then informed the elders that their names and addresses would be included in a written request to the government for legal recognition... then explained to us that since our names and addresses would be in that document, if the authorities ever wanted to ban our work, we would be the first ones they would come after and the first ones to be thrown in jail.

We need to promote the idea that people make deliberate choices based on rational decisions.

And this applies to the people who do the rejecting. We might be tempted to put it all on the shoulders of the WT. But the parents that reject their own children have made a deliberate choice too, and they shouldn't be let off for it.

I am going through a traumatizing experience, I am seeing a psychiatrist over this.

Later, Lloyd on a couch:

Lloyd: "Dr, this the most traumatizing experience I've ever gone through and, I don't know how to deal with it."

like many, i’ve been bemused at lloyd evan’s excuses/reasons for his lusting after prostitutes.

apparently, as he claims in his disastrous video, he blames his wife for being inadequate between the sheets.. could the real answer to his ‘problem’ be closer to home?.

perhaps if he consulted a medical person or even a sex therapist he may learn his “problem” is not down to the borg at all, it may simply be caused by his weight i.e.

"Sexually incompatible"? It sounds like a nice way of saying he's into some crazy shit, and she's not. You know, the kind of freak-flag stuff that prostitutes would be able to do for him. The kind of crazy stuff a man might be into when it's just impossible to have any measure of mastery over his penis.

i remember one of the flowchart responses to people questioning the biblical flood was something along the lines that "every culture has a flood story".. of course, nearly everywhere has flooded at one time or another and we know there are minor floods and then there are the 1-in-1000 year kind of weather event, that tend to get a mention (anyone from the uk will still talk about the summer of '76, and that's probably nothing in comparison to a decent flood).. but the inference is that the flood must be real, because every culture has a flood story.. the best response is "now do dragons".. because apparently, nearly every culture also has a dragon legend.. does it mean dragons exist?

some desperate jw may show their ignorance by suggesting that man lived at the same time as dinosaurs and they are what the stories were based on.

fun fact: stegosaurus was a fossil when t-rex was alive for longer than it's been since t-rex has been a fossil to us - we're talking old, and no overlap (ignore the map in the cover of the old green bible).. do jws still even bother trying to defend the cray-cray aesop-fable kind of ot beliefs?.

Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that you really are Tibor. So put this to the side, it doesn't change much.
Nobody cares if Lloyd using a green screen. There was a page or two of speculation, mostly for kicks - nobody cares. The thread is now 140+ pages. The rest of the thread is about:
The issue is Lloyd using prostitutes, near home, in Thailand, regularly, during Xmas time no less, in places where, even if the women were "definitely over 20", there is a high probability they were trafficked into that life when they were not.
Lloyd wants to make it about a green screen, because it takes focus off of the real issue.
You pop in here and try to do the same thing.
We aren't attacking for random reasons. It's because of the sketchy behavior.

So, interact on the real issue.
