  John McCain died Saturday 9/25 at the age of 81.
  John McCain requests...for a lack of a better word...that a restraining order be placed on Donald Trump from attending his funeral...Wow!

  What about the former FEC chairman? The FEC doesn't prosecute criminal cases do they? The absolute most the FEC can do is impose fines. They don't charge people with crimes. And they don't put people in jail.

  Irrelevant. They are responsible for defining the important terms - like what constitutes a campaign contribution.

  This is like quoting the head of the DMV as saying, "There's nothing in the DMV hand book about not running over your spouse with your car." - that doesn't mean that 1st or 2nd degree murder with a vehicle is suddenly okay.

  If you want to sit at the table with the adults you need to bring legal and logical arguments to the discussion. Not half quotes from sources who are NOT authorities on the topic.

  Instead of addressing any of the real and mounting legal incriminations against Trump - his supporters instead whine like little kids saying "you just don't want Donald Trump to be President".

  Rrrriiight... so given the above statement, I assume you didn’t read any of the actual arguments and sources cited.

  Rather than addressing the facts - they instead choose to disparage peoples motives. It's the classic McCarthy tactic of accusing your critics of doing exactly the thing your guilty of.

  Ummmmkay.... so what about the former FEC chairman? What about the logical arguments? Are you actually reading through any of these posts?
  

  The truth is Trumpsters "just like Donald Trump" and are willing to brush off all his unethical and illegal wrong doings. Trumpsters just want Trump to be President no matter what - our laws and institutions be damned.

  Had Trump paid the money out of pocket AND reported it - than there be very little legal exposure.

  No, you still haven’t listened to the FEC chairman, have you? It is NOT in the category of campaign expenditure. You can pay someone off through a lawyer, shell company, while riding a pony, or even grabbing pussy... or, admittedly more challenging, all of the above.

  You can even pay the lawyer more for his services of funneling the money. None of that is illegal. It was Trump’s money and he can funnel it however he wants.

  The invoices were a “sham”. So? It is not a crime.

  BILLED TO THE CAMPAIGN.
