Uggg. I have to get back to work. But I only see the mainstream tabloids reporting he actually gave code word information, all from anonymous, fourth-hand sources.
This is all just made up.
washington — president trump asked the f.b.i.
director, james b. comey, to shut down the federal investigation into mr. trump’s former national security adviser, michael t. flynn, in an oval office meeting in february, according to a memo mr. comey wrote shortly after the meeting.. “i hope you can let this go,” the president told mr. comey, according to the memo.. the existence of mr. trump’s request is the clearest evidence that the president has tried to directly influence the justice department and f.b.i.
investigation into links between mr. trump’s associates and russia.. mr. comey wrote the memo detailing his conversation with the president immediately after the meeting, which took place the day after mr. flynn resigned, according to two people who read the memo.

Did I miss something? - everyone in the room said the Trump did not disclose classified info, and this is a big nothing burger. Not that it is a legal issue anyway. This sounds like more fake news from the left.
Isn't that why we have this thread? - quick, move on to the next fake scandal...

it seems like mobilizing after the election, which seems pointless.
i keep hearing demands for equal rights but don't understand what rights they are missing exactly.. normally a march is to show the support (and potential votes) for a cause, but ... votes for what?
... and the election happened already.. is anyone else confused?
@bohm: after further consideration, I believe I spoke too quickly - a video based on negative stereotypes of men may actually be funny regardless.

@bohm: posting a similar video about men would be funny... if men were protesting like idiots.

#DayWithoutAWoman, the entire protest, from the march to the pussy hats and the chanting - the entire thing was a joke. Not a funny joke, but the kind that makes you honestly worry about society. The kind of joke that makes you wonder if it would be better to watch the fools march and protest, or ride a bicycle a few hundred miles without a seat.
That's the take away. Women have all the rights of men. Full stop. Everything else was pure bull shit.
The video takes the leftist crap sandwich and turns it into something funny.
It was also meant to trigger leftists....

uc berkeley administrators canceled a scheduled speech by right-wing pundit ann coulter, saying they can’t protect participants from rioting if it goes ahead.

now i am no ann coulter fan (although the sjw police on here will accuse me of being a fan shortly after posting this), but i am a fan of free speech!
@simon:
I gave your post a thumbs up, and then took it away ... just so that I could feel the satisfaction of liking it again.

we're currently watching leah remini's series about scientology and the main thing she seems to focus on is the shunning policies of the scientology organization which let's face it are very similar to jw procedure.. i was wondering with all that's in the media recently about bullying could a petition be put together to get the goverment to consider making religiously mandated shunning illegal?
has such a thing been tried before?.
https://petition.parliament.uk/help says the following - .
Freedom from religion is another form of freedom of association (you get to choose you associate with and who you don't associate with). I find it odd that some are saying we need to legislate against freedom of association so that we can have freedom of association.

i'm all for religious freedoms.
i am not for a religious organization demanding freedoms from the government that they in turn take away from their own members.
why should the organization get religious freedom when they take that very thing away from it's members?.
What other institutions do is irrelevant. The religion is a group of people exercising their right to associate with whomever they choose. Each of us has that same right. In order for you to feel truely free, you trample the freedoms of others.
Shunning, especially family members, is for assholes. But being an asshole isn't a human rights violation.

I disagree. There are no human rights violations here.
You are free to leave (exercise your freedom of association), and so are they. Freedom for everyone!
