can anyone tell me how to fly under the radar of the elders?
by purrpurr ini have all my family in the cult and was brought up in it myself.
although mentally i'm out if i leave i loose all my family and that would break my heart.
i've somehow got to fly under the radar and not be detected.

you dont say if your male or female. if your female its a lot easier. all you have to do is--turn up. anwer up. knock a few doors. clean the toilets.
but a man is expected to reach out--take the lead--fondle the microphone--all that stuff. so a man needs a more complex stratedgy than a woman.

new assembly experience... what do you reckon to this one?
by purrpurr inok so aparently there was this young girl who wanted to study with the jw's because she loved the bible so much.
she asked her fathers permission but he refused, after much nagging though he said she could have a study if she was prepared to have one of her fingers chopped off.
he thought the is would stop her but she was willing so he got a knife and cut off one of her fingers... a little while later she wanted to attend the meetings and he said no and again when nagged said she could attend meetings if she had another finger chopped off so she agreed and he chopped off a second finger.

How to make the most of wife not going to service meeting?
by FadeToBlack inout of the blue, my wife told me that after this week's service meeting on friday (co visit) she is not going to anymore meetings during the week at night.
only sunday (am) meetings.
she explained that it is difficult and not safe for her to drive after dark (vision issues: i have the same problem so i couldn't help her if i wanted to).

dont need to drive at night---take a taxi---go to a restaurant--dress up for it--make it a special night out. not every week--unless you can afford it.

JW Net documentary
by snare&racket ini would like to make a documentary with help from the same technology that got me free of watchtower, namely the internet.
also via the same people that helped me leave, namely...you lot!.
i want to make the documentary that jw's find when they google jw.org.

I don't understand the psyche of JW
by bobld inthe majority have good jobs,drive newer vehicles,have nice homes,go on vacations.all in all they have the smarts.. however,rwhen it comes to their religion,they are dummer than a sack of hammers.they drive around in circles to get two hours of service time.they can't differentiate what the fds/gb say is from jehovah god,when in reality it is the stuff that comes out of a horses ass.what the horse eats(as it were food at the proper time from the gb) comes out of the horse as manure(shit sounds better) as a loving provision from jehovah.. .
