Music to your ears (eyes) no doubt! You could not wish for a better scenario IMO
i can't even believe what's happened.
i'm really in shock.. without any warning i got an email from my son yesterday afternoon.

PC did you design the graphic?? It looks great! Simple, yet eye-catching!
I found the image online and added the WT emblem and the name.

I`m happy your not going to do alot of Gay stuff..It`s a None issue for most normal Straight people.. It gets boring..
Agreed, OUTLAW. These things need to be said, however. People like Fearon need to shut up about crap they are ignorant about because it is harmful and destructive, and they obviously don't understand the utter damage it does to people, their lives and their relationships with friends and family. If the Bible said, "Women should not cut their hair" (which it actaully does) you'd better believe there would be a modern day outcry from Christian women all over the world saying, "fuh huck datchit!", and they did say "fuh huck datchit!", and you look around the Christian congregation today and what do we see? Women with short hair!
Although I realise it can be a pain in the ass for you..LOL!!..
LOL, you are assuming I am a bottom :P
I hope you and Mad Sweeny do well with your Venues..
Thanks, OUTLAW. Maybe we could do daily morning show together . . . lol

Checked out the site. Sounds interesting, I wish you luck PC. Can you listen in by calling the number (714) 202-9911? Or listen only online?
You should be able to catch it streaming live online. This is not a conference call format like Fearon's program. I am not having a free-for-all. It gets recorded as it streams and will be available in the archive for download afterward.
For the first show, I am not taking any calls. I am still learning the software and system. I will have plenty of programs in which people can call in, question and comment.
i am guessing that Joe and Rick are not gonna be guests ..
Ha ha, do you honestly think they would come on my program? I'd have them on if they wanted to come on, but it would not bode well for either one of them.

Being a lesbian, I am especially interested in this May 11th program. I am arming myself with pen & paper to take notes Wow! I haven't said that in a long time.
I am looking forward to my first broadcast, and felt strongly that the WTBTS's teaching on homosexuality and the Bible should be the logical choice since I sort of began asserting myself on this forum on this topic and refuting Fearon and other bigots who say, "God wrote it, I quote it!". It should put to bed a lot of issues regarding the Biblical view of homosexuality.
There will not be very many gay themed programs, however. I am not going make the program a pulpit for railing against Christians and bigots and homophobes on a regular basis.
On my Youtube channel, however, I have already had one gentleman comment and dismiss my guest, Jeff Miner, as "biased" and disqualified as any kind of an authority about homosexuality and the Bible by virtue of the fact that he himself is gay. I certainly would not trust a racist white man to research and document the history of black slavery, would you? But we know for a fact that the history of black slavery has often been misrepresented by those who support slavery, and that slavery itself has been justified scripturally by those who wish to promote and benefit from it. Just the same has the history of homosexuals in this world been misrepresented and reinterpreted by white misogynistic homophobic bigots who have the luxury of reading Scripture from a heterosexual point of view. Most Christians have not received the truth behind what the Bible seems to say about homosexuality for this reason.
Pacific is 3 hours earlier than Eastern time?
Yes. 3pm est
Is JW TALK Radio going to be a regular scheduled program?
Yes. I am thinking every Wednesday. If it goes well and I have more time to devote to the program, perhaps twice a week, or three times a week with a fill-in host.

i remember the "boy's club" mentality from many of the bethelites in the 70's and 80's.
it seemed there were a number of males who were "effeminate" back in the day.. i knew of one guy that was told by the bethel brass that he would "go places" at headquarters if he could learn to deepen his voice and tone down his gestures a bit (and he was told it wouldn't hurt if he ever married a fellow bethelite sister).
this man was extensively used at conventions, became less "gay looking" and got married.. so my question is, did you see effeminate men in bethel?
I'm intrigued: How does a man or woman "practise" being " homosexual"?
LOL, I was married to two different women for more than 20 years. I was a practicing heterosexual.
Even after all that time of practicing heterosexuality, I never needed one bit of practice to be who I really am.
To be false, now that takes some practice.
i was on a bicycle ride last friday afternoon when i spotted a kingdom hall coming up on my right.
out in front of the kh on the sidewalk stood a long folding table with various wt publications displayed neatly in plexiglas holders, you know the kind businesses or shops use for brochures, books and magazines.
seated behind the folding table were two sisters in their 40s.. .
Is this a parable or a true story? (or a prophecy? "Who really is the Sister Arsenic and Old Lace, who gives PC his BorgLit at the proper time?")
I'm afraid it's a true story. They were treating God's Word and The Society's menu of spiritual fast food like items being peddled from a swapmeet booth. I have also seen the same thing while strolling through shopping malls, too. Weird.
it has come to my attention that a new internet radio show will debut this saturday, april 30, 2011 at 10 pm edt.
i'm looking forward to seeing how it takes shape.
i wanted you to know about it.
Mad, caught part of your program yesterday. Nice job on your maiden voyage. You'll get the technical kinks straightened out and it will be a fine show. Love what you are doing.
