  LOL Snowbird, nip over to mine and we'll go round to the local fish and chip shop, we can also order pineapple fritters, and then eat them on the way home. I'ts cold outside there is nothing like a piping hot bag of chips and eating them outside when it's cold. I need some cheering up.

  THE Book

  this is probably directed more to dubs who are having doubts than to ex-dubs, but it is still appropriate for both groups.

  i'll only be offering my own personal opinion here, of course, but then again, i'm never wrong about anything.

  well, i was wrong once; that was the time i thought i was wrong about something.. when it comes to definitive books which clearly expose the wts for what it really is, there is one which towers over all the others, and that book is 1984 by george orwell.

  'I'm never wrong about anything' LOL farkel I wish I could say that. I so agree with you about reading the book 'Nineteen Eighty-Four' by George Orwell, the parallel is truly scary. It is a must read you won't want to put down. I recommend it to everyone. I haven't read the book you mentioned ' The Orwellian world of 'Jehovah's Witnesses' I'll try and find it.

  KS10 Chapter Five Discussion

  reiteration that the below is a discussion of chapter 5 from 'shepherding the flock of god' which is published by the wts of penn/ny.

  the wts is a non-profit that distributes it's publications free of charge worldwide.

  this particular publication while not for sale (well none of the wts publications are either technically) is not distributed broadly but is still nonetheless part of their bible educational work, while not required donations are joyful accepted by all jws for the purpose of this work....... here are the previous discussion threads:.

  since you are an extended family, be it on the net, it is always great to share news.. i have been and still am working on a poetry project.

  over my life - so far 34 years, i've written about 300 poems or writings.

  some are really good, some fair and i'm sure some are rather horrid.

  as an update she has decided not to move out right now...because she doesn't have anywhere to go.

  but she is giving me the silent treatment.

  I think we all need to be very carful and unjudgmental, Dans wife has just had a baby, she is vulnerable, we do not know her well enough to talk about her and judge her. I know because If you read my post I was in a dark place, vulnerable and had a baby, but my hubby and I got through the difficulties, Love and patience can conquer so much.

  Dan she is probably being dramatic to get a reaction, she is hurting, listen to Yknot, don't give up on your little family, I said similar things to my hubby years ago during some dark times in my life, but I didn't mean them deep down. I was hurting and desperate. please be patient.
