Was the Jehovah's Witnesses sect called into existence to undermine Christianity?

i have just finished the book ''worldwide evil and misery'' by robin de ruiter.

the book is about how approximately 300 men and unseen powers pull the strings and determine the fate of the world.

the new world order govern our politics,business,social,and intellectual process.. on page 100 titled ''undermining the faith in christianity'', he writes that many destructive religious sects were formed in the nineteenth century by the clans of the rothschilds,warburgs,and rockefellers.

Well, Joseph Smith was a known Freemason and it's been STRONGLY posited that CTR was a secret one. I do believe that Russell had SOME kind of connection to the Masons, Rosicrucians, or at least one of those esoteric groups, based on his theology and iconography. Something along those lines wouldn't surprise me at all. If the WT turned out to be nothing more than a gigantic ruse developed as a massive mind control experiment, I wouldn't be shocked at all. Nothing surprises me anymore.

February 2010 Study Watchtower - Millions Now Living 'May' Never Die

just noticed that in the february 2010 study edition of the watchtower, they refer to the "millions now living will never die" talk in 1918, but they have changed the title to "millions now living may never die".

only problem, they included the picture of the invitation to the talk, which says 'will'.. ooops.

Guys, they HAVE to be doing this in an attempt to root out the faders/fence-sitters/lurkers. What other reason could there possibly be? I'm telling you, there's GOT to be some kind of contrived loyalty test coming down the pike...

"New Order", "New World Order" systematically removed from WTS

has anyone else caught on to this?

i remember as a kid, 80's, it was called the "new system", then late 80's, early 90's, changed to new world order.

it's interesting that governments, conspiracy theories, news, etc, are all calling the one world government, the new world order.

it's a scan (you can thank iloowy for the scan) of the march 15, 2010 watchtower where there's a picture of a radiant sun of a wt logo along with a tm mark right next to a paragraph that says 'they "will shine as brightly as the sun"' (matthew 13:43).. .

Yes, you're right. There was "new light" on this anywhere from 10-20 years ago.

It was one of those explanations that really started to raise red flags for me.

I think they literally said that IN A CERTAIN SENSE, yes, we are still in a "separating work". Sort of like metaphorically but not physically.

Again, one of those "we are but we aren't" kind of explanations.
