One Final Trip to Town

the wal-mart is opening a new supercenter over on forgotten river road.. "town" as we know it will be no more.. i'm taking orders; this time i'll be going in the wagon because i'll be hauling in spring planting supplies.. any takers?.

Dear Snowbird, thank you very much for your recommendation. I'll definitely look into it. Although yesterday I began to watch "Amazing grace" with my husband and my heart began to shrink... I'll try to watch the last half of the film tonight. Yes, those tragic life stories definitely make me weep...
Good luck with your orders, and don't worry: I've paid with a bank card, giving all the information on it, the digits, expiration date and everything and haven't had any trouble whatsoever. I don't know whether this works in USA too, but I used Paypal, which apparently makes it safer (they may have charged me 1 euro for it). Just in case, the bank account I let them draw the money from has little money in it. You never know. But they seem to be very reliable.

Dear Snowbird, my world has known a new dimension since I realized I, too, could order books from Amazon all the way to Spain! I was SO jealous of you, Americans, and it turns out they send them probably anywhere. I started ordering only around 6 weeks ago and it worked wonderfully. Now my shelf is full of great reading material I can't wait to give attention to: "Releasing the bonds", "God is not great" (just began and I'm loving it), "Captives of a concept" (already read), "Good without God" (I read it through along last weekend: dealing with humanism, interesting), "Letters to a nation", "The case for God" (didn't like at all, I found it boring and I'm passing it to a friend), "In search of Christian Freedom"... And at such a good price!
Come on, Sylvia, if I managed, you can too! What a source of entertainment!
By the way, do you have any recommendations for me?

This Time Last Friday

I'm Out
by Cthulhu inwednesday night i recieved a call from both the coeb and the kingdom hall.
i didn't answer.
yesterday i called him back and i was informed that unless i wanted to talk to the brothers they had determined that my actions spoke for themselves and that i had by those actions disassociated myself.

" if you actually opened your books, i'm paraphrasing, but that's pretty close to the actual quote.. i remembered this quote from sometime ago, but couldn't understand how people overlooked this obvious violation of galatians 1:8: "even though we or an angel out of heaven should declare to you as good news something beyond what we preached, let him be accursed.".
of course, the answer is obvious: many jws don't pay attention to what they read.
