hi min, sorry for the delay, I'm at work. I agree with sylvia that Jehovah=Jesus & vice versa. I don't believe that God is nearly as mean and the wt would have us believe, or rather, force us to believe.

Yes, he was real to me, he is still real to me, but not the wt version.
blueblades/mall cop said in a post that he was "lingering" on as a jw for decades hoping to understand things about the "truth" that were still unexplainable.
(my words, paraphrasing).. i did the same thing for probably a decade, either hoping things in the organization might change or i might finally "get it", regarding some teaching or viewpoint that just seemed to make no sense.. did you hang on to the "truth" much longer than you should have?.
Yes, Min, I lingered "waiting on Jehovah" . Truth is, he was giving me the answers all along, I was just too blind to see.
let me explain a little about what i do each day...... i work for a company that arranges trusts in the cook islands, turks & caicos, panama, etc.
i know that blondie is against what i am about to say, but i do not just believe that the wts have a variety of trusts in various jurisdictions around the world......i am absolutely positive they do.. .
i personally look after 14 trusts.
Sd-7, I always wondered why they stress, two words Watch Tower. I never thought it should be a big deal, the bank figures it out if someone spells my name wrong, so the words are together, hmmmmmmm.

benny hinn is one of those preachers that tell you if you give $$$ to their ministry, you will get 10 fold!.
i never understood why people do give $$$ and these preachers live the high life and encourage their listeners to do the same.
the watchower's kingdumb halls can't even pay their electric bills and you see these other "ministries"making hand over fist.
I don't accept the "prosperity gospel" If it were true, these preachers could keep writing their own checks & get 10 fold back without ever asking anyone else for their money.
The Kingdom halls are full of low people who have to resort to whatever jobs they can get that don't intervere with meetings, field service, assemblies & conventions. They can't get a college degree, they can't work overtime, they can't do anything holiday related, they can't carry a weapon. This kind of narrows the job pool, so I would say that is why they struggle with finances, while some other groups seem to prosper.
this couple in our hall an elder and his wife gave us a anniversary gift.

Just reading over those posts of theirs made me realize how stupid we all used to sound. I never thought I'd see the day that Jesus name was more offensive than the "f" word. Geez.
My son uses them. It was the only thing that worked for him. He hasn't smoked a real cig, in almost a year I think.
