  Has NASA discoverd flowing water on Mars?

  nasa is holding a press conference today entiltled " mars mystery solved".

  speculation is they will announce the discovery of flowing water on mars?.

  the significance of this is that it raises the possibility of possible past life or future existence on the planet.. the rebel..

  the chelmsford project in the uk has already come to a halt and every one has been sent home.

  the bethel family in london is to be cut by several hundred.

  my impression is that most ambitious youngster in the org dream of being involved with the building program.

  a good source just just told me that at morning worship today that the governing body announced that a total of 1600 bethelites will be let get go and not transferred to warwich when the last property is sold in brooklyn and all kingdom hall building projects are on hold for at least a year so that all the focus will be on the preaching work.

  i just called brooklyn bethel service dept.

  they said they had not heard anything about a worldwide shut down of construction.

  i asked if he had heard about london bethel shutting down construction.. he said no that it was a surprise to him.

  sir82: think about it, why should they make an announcement at bethel to the effect that world-wide construction of AS halls/bethels is being halted as opposed to just doing it and then pointing to the construction of kingdom halls which is still rolling in? (why on earth they didnt just scale back the kingdom hall construction by 20-30% or whatever would cover the loos is beyond me).

  Watchtower-free: Interesting. It makes sense not to make a global announcement that construction is shut down. It will properly be sold as an increase in construction (the kingdom halls).

  could the stopping of construction be just another ruse to squeeze money from the rank and file?.

  Pistoff: Yah.. my thoughts exactly. Still, if they are expanding as much as they claim with the kingdom halls and whatnot (but why not just cut the expansion by 20% which nobody would notice?) this might just be a sign they are investing a lot and they may still be doing financially okay.
