  Did anyone else ever play their record albums backwards?

  okay, i'm dating myself, record albums and all that, but i remember as a kid in the 80's, everyone was playing their albums backwards looking for some hidden satanic message.

  my older brothers got talked into throwing a couple of their moody blues albums away.

  anyway, it was all the craze in my hall.

  pff a man was interested in me and said can you cook? I said very well thanks, and he said good. thats it, good.

  so I said, can you? he said... errrrr ....

  the way I see it, there are smart capable women to be had out there (myself included) - but we have to find men who dont just need a mother. - my ex husband was completely useless, god knows hes a nice guy, but he couldnt (wouldnt) learn to do anything!

  - now if you have loads of cash and I have the choice of not working, then I will cook great meals all day, but Its a two way street ya know lol

  it's ridiculous.

  i saw this so much in my 44 years in the jehovah's witness cult.

  whether it was elders, pioneers, or other people in the cult criticizing others for working too much at their employment or missing some service or meetings due to employment.

  in Uk we would have a few single mum pioneers living off the state.

  that used to really piss me off

  get a job you lazy cow, stop taking hand me downs from the cong and stop living off my tax..

  i mean its not like they work hard, pioneers are often just bone idle youths who come up with more and more inventive ways to count their time..

  it wouldnt surprose me to see some putting the day text up on facebook and never going on the ministry.

  god get a job and contribute to society (not 'the' society)

  the other day my 11 year old son was chanting 'its fun to smoke marijuana' I went 'what' ? why are you saying that you little crap bag? - he went on YouTube and showed me another one bites the dust backwards.. - dont know if its been sound edited though.. . but its fun lol.

  .....my son and his wife are both jws and have been for years.

  the wife has pioneered for years, but i don't think she is now b/c she currently starting working.

  they have been talking about taking a vacation (something that they've never done).

  I like tall men. 6-4 and manly manly men. about my age. all their own hair and teeth, nice teeth, kind, cares about me, likes to be silly..

  in return I am very generous and pampering and thoughtful to my man.. he will always have a nice ale waiting in the fridge x
