I have occassional insomnia. A couple bad nights in a row and I'm toast.
After a couple bad nights, I'll take a couple tablets of Valerian Root before bed and sleep like a baby!

Are you up and down all night?
by compound complex ini am - every hour or so - but last night i slept for 5 hours uninterrupted, and this despite 4 cups of coffee late afternoon.
still can't account for what was for me tantamount to a full-night's sleep .... .
do you sleep well most nights?.

I'm re-reading "The Gargoyle" by Andrew Davidson.
It's one of my favourites and this will be the 4th time reading it. The Silence introduced me to it, so I blame her.

Poverty stricken? The reason there are palmas in flamenco is because the music style was "invented" by poverty stricken cultures, they were the misfits and outcasts of society. They had no money for instruments

I loved the Zydeco-type music when we were in New Orleans.
