Mammals & Jehovah's Witnesses

i remember being told by a few elders that we (humans) are indeed mammals.

but how can jehovah's witness believe that humans are mammals, after all, it's the evolution theory (definition of the word "theory" in this context; "the branch of a science or art consisting of its explanatory statements, accepted principles, and methods of analysis, as opposed to practice") that explained that humans were mammals.. so then, my question is this; how can the wbts (and any other creationist movements that believe that we are mammals) follow the tract of evolution up to a point, but then disregard the rest of it?.

Let me get this right, you're trying to tie science in with the bible? It's chalk and cheese.

The old testament talks nonsense. Then we have the new testament, which, let's face it, you need a small amount of cannabis just to get to Revelation. Then you need to turn to harder stuff in order to get through that book, or you can try and find whatever John was on when he apparently wrote it.

Either way, if you, or anyone has ever read the bible, truly read it from cover to cover, no sane person could state that it was from a superior source, but rather, from a few male showvenistic sheephearders.

I was able to get my wife to agree with one case where the WBTS is wrong. Shot down later by the RBC.

recently, i flat told her that i did not believe that animals were all "created" vegetarians, no matter what the wacthtower said.

Creationists for me, are the worst sort.

They spurt rubbish, absolute rubbish, yet state that what they say is factual.

new WT rule: no holding hands durning public prayer!

so i just caught a glimpse of this new wt magazine(study edition) of course.. from dec 28th titled.

"what do your prayers say about you".

so now they are focosing on every aspect of our lifes even our actions during prayer.

So what would happen if you kissed your wife during a prayer and one elder saw you? If he came up to me, I would ask him where his second witness was. Then I would ask him why his eyes were open. Then, if I was feeling really lucky, I would ask him why he was looking over at my wife and me.

I personally think the Pastafarian's will be the dominant religious movement in 2,000 years. They currently have a small movement at the moment (about 2 followers I think). They basically worship the Spaghetti Monster and all his wonderous works.

from poor treatment at bethel to mega bucks in wrongful death as in no blood transfusions and the list can go on and on,,but what if this approach could knock some wind out of the wt sails..
