  mine is australia.

  the's so much to do there, the climate is so warm, the wildlife there is so vast & interesting, you can scuba dive the great barrier reef, there's so many cool beaches and overall it seems quite civilised.

  i'd love to go back there again for another jolliday.. what's yours?.

  Yes. Legally.
  
  However if we are looking at this from a legal standpoint other illegal actions may be involved. The restaurant would come under the scrutiny of the health department or other legal entities.
  
  A child abuser may have additional charges. ie. Risk of injury, Indecent exposure or the like. Multiple charges for multiple occurences
  
  But if it is a one time, one accusation charge, then legally it should be dealt with the same.

  I actually had a brother take the mic into the restroom. The sound wasn't turned all the way down. That was way too funny!
