  When do the 2300 days begin?

  when to begin the countdown of the 2300 days?

  to get an idea, it could be helpful to discern when those days end relative to time times and half a time.. i see a possibility that the 2300 days end the same day as the 1260 days.

  that is because the woman in revelation 12 will be fed 1260 days.

  Yes the ancient Hebrews used as certain set of numbers repetitively, ie. 3, 7, 12, 40 as they deemed these numbers significantly sacred.

  ever since i came out of the witnesses, i've become very political.. i've heard lots of arguments back and forth for many things.. in the u.s. there is the argument that it is "racist" to want to deny entry to muslims.

  while there is freedom of religion, there is also the very valid concern of maintaining democracy and a justice system that is based on modern values.we as exjw's constantly quote the pew center for statistics on jw's such as: they are last place in the us for members of a religion that go to university, and second-last for poverty levels of members of a religion.

  we accept those statistics and mention them as proof of how damaging the jw's are.now, let's use the same center for some very scary statistics on islam:http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2016/07/22/muslims-and-islam-key-findings-in-the-u-s-and-around-the-world/.

  Organized religion is a mixture of human ignorance, lies, a vehicle toward self empowerment, prejudice and sprinkled with some social desirable goodness.

  They are all composed in variation to those elements .

  One thing they have in common is that were all devised mostly by men for better or worse and rooted in ancient spiritualism.

  i don't actually understand what this forum is for if it is filled with hostile people.. little confused.. why is everyone here?.

  I see that some people seem to get off on belittling others.

  Surprising for you to say that when you came out and agreed with most people's comments.
  

  No one shouldn't belittle people because they somehow got into something out of being young, careless perhaps, immature, we are all acceptable to get drawn into things particularly when we are young, as the saying goes with age comes wisdom.

  i guess you could make a case of more families being together although that might not be the best situation.

  less cars and pollutants mean we can breathe better.

  if you were ever uncomfortable in crowds, this could be good news.

  Some positives for me would be its quieter outside, air seems a bit cleaner too.

  I live close to the Vancouver airport .

  Much cheaper gas, less cars on the road when traveling.

  Annoyances would be shopping for groceries or shopping anywhere that's open, people dodging you like your a leper ( Social distancing), plastic screens up at the cashiers.

  No barbers or hair salons to get a hair cut by a professional.

  Had to cut travel arrangements .
  

  These restrictions are going to be lifted soon and I cant wait, I'm sure most would feel the same, hang in there folks there is light at the end of the tunnel.
  

  The world and humanity will get back to a normal way of life before Corona made its appearance that you can bet, who knows maybe will appreciate things more out of the entire experience ?

  Just because you received opposition to your involvement with occultism, black magic whatever, you didn't like that so you tried to delete your thread topic .

  If you wanted some support from practicing JWS or people involved in the occult, you should search out Blogs or web sited that are.

  This is basically an open forum for opinions from all ideologies, religoius or otherwise.

  Did you actually think this was strictly a pro JWS (religoius) web site ?

  Hospital is laying off and furloughing

  i've been having a tough time today, i just got notice that our hospital is laying off a large group of people and furloughing others.

  nurses, doctors, we just don't have enough business during this covid crisis, we've only ran at 60% capacity, while cuomo is telling us about shortages, they weren't ever realized, and nys simply won't open up fast enough for us to recover.

  nys has given notice that hospitals are likely going to be out for 4-5 more months before all restrictions will be lifted, only necessary surgeries are allowed right now, with a few hundred of millions per month revenue shortfall, this is going to destroy and contract our business and our remote (rural) hospitals are the hardest hit, probably going to close permanently.

  Once Hospitals reopen many most likely will have to borrow money from banks to get themselves financially rolling again.

  You cant just fall upon statistical data by testing alone you have to accept and realize how humans socially interact whether its in the work place, schools, outdoor social activities, places of business , restaurants, shopping malls etc.

  i`ll list a few things and welcome any input, comments you may have .. 1.when adam & eve "sinned" disobeyed him, surely god could have handled it better than to condemn all future generations to disease and death ?.

  2.his handling of satan who supposedly seduced eve to disobey god could also have been done a lot differently with a finality to it.. 3.i find little if anything in his dealings with the patriarchs that suggests a loving god protecting them.?.

  4.taking on the nation of israel and leading them as his chosen people does not inspire confidence or trust as a god of love.. 5.throughout the hebrew scriptures / old testament his chosen people were constantly at war with other nations which of course would have meant many deaths of the israelite`s during these battles .and the grief that comes with family members in those times.

  Seems like Johnamos has deliberately calculated his own interpretation of the bible to suit his own argumentative agenda, that's why I called him out as being intellectually dishonest.

  Quite frankly I dont think he's even read the bible in depth about the activity of Yahweh.

  Well John I answered your question with honest open integrity, now the ball is in your court.

  If the god of the bible was a loving and just god he would punish people who were intellectually dishonest and evasive when presented with the facts.
