Dogs on the bed yes no?
by restrangled inthis is a lighter topic.. how do you feel about your dogs on the bed?
forbid it?.
my boys are allowed on the bed all day but at night we say "down to the crate" the crate happens to be a very expensive leather couch with many pillows.. they listen to what ever we say, but the human bed seems to be the best place.. i change the sheets every other day.....can't stand the itchy, scrachties!.

Sister dies (?) at DC

having actually managed to survive through the entire 3 grueling days of the dc after attending the friday session today (hit sat and sun last weekend) i was initially going to make a criticism of some of the parts & points at the dc.
however, something that i witnessed today changed my mind.

In spite of it all- not too shabby
by JimmyPage insometimes i used to get a little sad for being a late bloomer by worldly standards.
but when i consider how i've done in spite of my dub background i feel pretty proud: baptized by 16. servant by 19. disillusioned by 22. first date/kiss by 23 (with a worldly girl- the mind control starting to lose hold!
) chance to lose virginity by 24 (but still too brainwashed to give in to my "wrong" desires).

Actually, Eyes Open, I got over my guilt early on. It was like I destroyed the JW side of my conscience for the sake of my sanity. I try to have a sense of humor about everything in life, not taking it all too seriously, and it works. I mean, come on, the JW view of life tries to control through guilt and fear. Enough already, you bastards!

i think i was about 10 at the most, and i said the word "piss", which to my mother was the equvalent of the f-word.
