Its amazing the way they go out of their way to unnecessarily discredit themselves: Beards, Membership tallies, the point seems to be to keep people too busy to read the bible for themselves, pursue an education,etc., just keep them as dumbed down as possible. But they can't play Jah and the People forever. Time will tell.

Money problems as a result of lawsuits and diminishing contributions due to stagnating incomes of uneducated young families. The GB being subpoenaed and shamed in front of the Supreme Court. To be an entertainer you need the same kind of wit and chutzpah that the borg has no use for. Disfellowshipping if it is done at all should be done by people who are morally, intellectually, and emotionally qualified, and maybe his rationalization is that almost nobody in the organization is qualified as such, which may be the only way for a college boy to reconcile the cognitive dissonance. -

then i thought, if there is an organization that believes all scriptures are corrupted (which obviously makes it enemy of all religions), that organization is not ordinary, but gutsy, lionhearted, and worthy of close examination!

My advocating of my old fellowship was intentionally pathetic and my use of the word cult was ironic. Brahma Kumar and Jehovah's Witnesses are bad for relationships as far as I can see. My brothers and sisters in the Twelve Tribes of Israel told me to put my marriage first. economy don't put a doctrine ahead of your relationship, and don't let talk of Armaggeddon interfere with your secular educuation (which is in an economic bubble but still generally worth it, especially in the STEM fields) and if your friends leave you because of your religion they weren't real friends, but if your religion tells you to choose between your religion and your family and friends, that religion isn't worth it. May you find enlightenment and joy on your spiritual journey economy. Just don't let yourself get pimped and don't burn your bridges.
