Been working for a few days out of town so thanks for all of your comments ! Some really great comments here by the way ! I'll answer page 3 responders after I respond to the last comment on page 2.

TRUTHSEEKERIAM- I agree with you about being upset that WT Society doesn't change their child abuse policies. It pisses me the hell off as well. I've got two JW daughters in their mid to late 20's who might start having children sometime soon- and as a potential grandfather- I feel VERY concerned that my grandchildren's safety will be endangered and minimized within that organization.

It's true that the WT Society is going to continue to deny, deny, deny this child abuse problem. And the reason ? In my opinion the reason the WT Society will NOT release documentation of child abuse problems to the courts is because there are many higher ups GB members and otherwise who are involved in child abuse or committing these crimes and if the Database file was produced in the courts - it would expose SO much child abuse at upper WT power levels that it would sink the WT corporation. So WT Society would rather pay out millions $$$ in lawsuits than to risk exposure of ALL their dirty child abuse laundry coming out.

As long as the GB and WT leaders have enough of the 8 million JW's donating estates, wills, money, life insurance policies, etc. to the WT pedophile fund - and as long as the WT Society keeps up it's land grab of all the kingdom halls on this planet- WT leaders probably feel they'll have enough incoming money to stay silent on what they REALLY know concerning WT child abuse within the Database files. It's disgusting, but it's how they justify it within their criminal minds. My 2 cents

the organisation they represent has never got one useful piece of information correct in one hundred and thirty five years... so why should they be believed?.

i ask, because i just received a scathing personal message on facebook from a person who read my latest book and in it i describe myself as a fader.

i was not dfd and i did not da myself.

BROCK- You are an ex-Witness. I've always considered you an ex-Witness. I too am an ex-Witness. I just stopped attending over 11 years ago and my JW family knows I disagree with the WT Society. I agree with what Simon and what most everybody else is saying. It's nobody's business HOW you exit the JW organization. Don't let the bastards grind you down who criticize you. People will criticize us no matter what we do. The main thing is that you and those close to you are happy and sane now after exiting the difficult JW cult. And being happy and sane after being in that organization- is an accomplishment unto itself. I agree with you - for me - I didn't want to play by the WT rules and recognize any control they had over me, one reason I refused to get DFed or to disassociate. Just walked away on my own terms. I really admire you for writing your book. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. It will help lots of people. Keep up the good work, Peace out, Mr. Flipper

PISTOFF- Good point. It really is a catch 22 situation. It's like ANYTHING that you show JW's that's the slightest bit negative about the WT Society- they perceive it as apostate. They totally turn off their minds or reasoning powers in their brain. It's the drastic effect of the WT mind control.

KANON- You make a VERY good and valid point. The elders are trained to intentionally keep " necessary " information from rank & file JW's as sent to them by the WT Society confidentially - because if elders SHARED this information with the rank & file it would prove that WT Society is lying to the rank & file JW's about child molesters not getting appointed as elders. So then it's easier for the sleazy, dishonest WT leaders to give ONE set of instructions to the elders- while giving a totally OTHER set of information access to the rank & file. Pretty unethical and twisted.

FINKELSTEIN- Very true. WT leaders abuse the power they have in claiming to be on par or on the same level as God- so most rank & file JW's believe this and lap it up like kittens lapping up cream in a bowl. They don't even question the authority the GB has. Which is EXTREMELY dangerous. If the GB told rank & file JW's to jump off a cliff to prove faithful- many would do it. And therein lies the real danger

How do you respond to JW family?

for those who have left and are still in contact with jw family, how do you usually respond when they bring up jw stuff, i.e.

start talking about the nearness of armageddon or things like that.. i usually say nothing and just let it pass but i'm considering changing tact to something more confrontational, less because i want to change their mind and more because i find it tiresome.

Well- sometimes I have to be careful depending on WHICH relative I'm talking to. With most of my older aged JW relatives I don't even bother because I know they won't listen- but with my older JW mom- she will listen.

So what I do with her is for example if she brings up , " Oh we know it's getting worse and worse in the world look at all the things happening in the news ..... " Then I will tell her , " but mom don't you know that terrible things have been happening for centuries ? " Then I continue, " in the 1800's hundreds of Native American Indians were massacred by the American armies and cavalry and thousands died in the American Civil war in 1862 to 1865 ! " Then I proceed to tell her about the Dark ages, the Inquisitions and any other tragedies of history that have happened over the thousands of years of histories. Then she stops with the , " things are so much worse now in these last days " bit. She has even admitted to me, " well you are right, many bad things have always happened throughout history. " Because JW's can't deny it . It's true. So that's one tactic that works for me.

I've also been able to talk to her about the recent refusal of the WT Society to appear in court in the Lopez child abuse case and how they were found in contempt of court and had to pay a 13.5 million $$$$ award to Lopez because of their stubborn refusal to supply the courts what they want . My mom asks me, " Why would they DO that ? " I tell her, " because they have something or someone to hide mom, they have thousands of child molesters on their database files that they don't want the courts to know about. " Then she says, " That's just wrong. WT Society needs to do the right thing. " And my mom has been a JW since 1951, but she hasn't attended meetings in over a year now as she is in an assisted living facility. So I continue to make her think and make inroads into her now " un-indoctrinated mind " . Good luck to you- hope these thoughts help. Peace out, Mr. Flipper

PISTOFF- I think the rank & file JW's believe the WT Society's " own press " as you stated or their alibi's or excuses- but I do NOT believe that WT leaders believe their own press statements. They make these press statements of " we abhor child abuse " - or - " we do everything we can to educate our members to protect their children " - these statements are just defense mechanisms to justify or sidestep answering REAL questions like - " Why does the WT Society not report child abuse to the police ? " Or " Why does the WT Society keep appointing former child molesters as elders or ministerial servants ? " WT leaders totally avoid answering those questions and put out stupid damage control $hit answers like I mentioned. WT leaders know full well what they're doing. They are trying to protect their financial nest egg- period .

FREEMINDFADE & PISTOFF- Isn't it amazing how JW's like your brothers can just bury their heads in the sand like ostriches about this WT child abuse scene ? The power of cult mind control is alive and well within the WT Society.

FINKELSTEIN- Exactly what you say is true. To a JW it's the worst offense of all to even question the GB or WT Society leaders way of doing things. When I mentioned to a former good friend of mine back in 2009 who is still an elder that one of the reasons I stopped attending meetings was the WT child abuse policies are bad- he told me, " It really worries me that you think the WT leaders and GB aren't handling the child abuse situation correctly ! It scares me that you doubt their wisdom. " That is how gullible these JW's are, it's incredible !

VIDIOT- You make very interesting points. It could very well be that the only " pool " of " brothers " to serve as elders IS limited to former child molesters now. LOL. Although it's not funny, pretty pathetic. Anybody with any sense of sanity wouldn't want to serve these days as an elder for sure.

STILL TOTALLY ADD- Good points. Indeed WT Society wants to protect it's organization at all cost. It's the WT financial interests and well being they are after. WT leaders don't care about God or children- just their financial future. Pretty sick

DEFENDER of TRUTH- Good article dealing with Candace Conti and what she went through and exposing the silencing tactics the WT Society uses to hide child abuse.
