Child Abuse Trials

i'm currently working something up to share with a few people.

i was wondering if anyone knew the current number (estimation) of child abuse cases that are going on (that we know about)?

i don't get much time to be on here right now but it seems that cases are sprouting everywhere.

As the scan shows regarding United Kingdom about 27 and from what I've read about 25 to 30 in the United States right now with several different law firms working on these cases. So that's just two countries that I'm aware of- so you can only imagine what's happening in Australia where I've also heard more are coming down the pike and other areas in the world. If we really knew about ALL of them going on - it may be over 100 worldwide - hard to tell. Enough of them going on to cause WT Society some financial and PR concern though. Bad Karma's coming back to bite them where it counts. Peace out , Mr. Flipper

considering the fact that the wt society refuses to release in courts any of it's written directions to elders through confidential letters to elder bodies- i thought i'd do the courts and wt society a "favor " by posting excerpts from this oct 1st.

2012 letter from the wt society to all bodies of elders.

these instructions are very exposing of the negligence of wt authorities in how they view the seriousness of felony child abuse.

VIDIOT- Exactly, you are spot on hitting the nail on the head. The " public exposure of it all " as you stated would probably incriminate MANY higher ups within the WT organization and then if THAT became exposed - it could lead to a federal investigation by the U.S. government. Especially if by chance higher ups would possibly be involved in a larger pedophile ring involving organized crime. Think about that for a minute. It would blow the top off of the WT Society . We'd be looking at the " end game " for WT officials. Thus - you are right- IF this is the possible scenario ( and I'm not saying it is ) but IF it's possible - then WT officials would rather settle many child abuse lawsuits than reveal what's in their secret database file. God only knows WHAT are in those files. It's not pretty- I guarantee you that.

DATA-DOG- Exactly. WT leaders don't want courts OR the federal government snooping around inside their secret files in the database. I think it would be a good thing to get the feds involved. It might hasten the demise of the criminal organization called WT Society

Does anybody else have experiences or know of situations in the past where a former child molester has been appointed as an elder or an MS within the JW organization ? It would be interesting to see how often this is happening. So feel free to share your experiences if you heard or know of some. Take care, Peace out, Mr. Flipper

here in the united states, on wednesday morning, march 11th at 12:35 a.m., est, barring any breaking news the day before, the program, nightline, will air as their lead story a 9-minute segment about the watchtower (jehovah's witnesses).

the program is 30 minutes long and this segment is only one part of the show.

BU2B- I never saw the movie : They Live "- I'll have to check that one out, Sounds good. I hope things get somewhat easier for you with your mom. BU2B- I'm so sorry that your mom is so mind controlled that she can't see the decent loving son that you are and that she puts all these pressures and expectations onto you. I have an older JW elder dad who is 89 now and he does the same thing to me. Since he put my mom in an assisted living facility a year ago- he feels he doesn't have to be nice to me anymore as my mom isn't there to keep him in check. So an epic conversation with him and me last 3 minutes- tops. Or if he's with my mom he'll tell me " I'm handing you back to your mom now ". Just doesn't want to talk to me. His loss as you stated.

My mom is really nice and respects the stand I made in exiting the Witnesses . So at least one of my parents accepts me unconditionally. But my older son who is turning 30 years old- his mom, my fanatic JW ex-wife totally shuns him for the last 12 years or so since he exited the cult and has even told him when he went to college that " Satan has control of your mind son. " To his credit he has always told her that he loves her and that he is the same son, just looks at things differently and has different views of the WT beliefs. He tells her he'll always be there for her if she needs him. Very mature view. He totally understands about mind control and how it works. It helps that you understand it as well- so if and when your mom ever lightens up- you'll be there for her as well. Your mom is like my dad, my ex-wife, and my two JW daughters- mind control is actually a mental illness, a condition called " dissociative disorder " where Witnesses can dissociate their true feelings from authentic, humane feelings towards us in obedience to WT indoctrination. It's not normal mentally sane functioning, as I'm sure you are well aware. Take care, we are here as a support to you my friend, we feel you, lots of us go through this with relatives. ON THE WAY OUT- Yeah, essentially we agree indeed. I'm with you that the GB would rather pay out millions $$$ than have to testify on the witness stand at child abuse court trials handing over documents incriminating them. And yes the JW rank & file will be guilted into contributing more donations to the WT society - but won't be told it's really to accommodate all the child abuse lawsuits- they'll just be told it's to " further the worldwide kingdom work " or whatever they call it these days .

TRUTHSETSONEFREE- Indeed it is an important topic to spread around and get the word out on. It's a dangerous enough policy from the WT Society letting pedophiles roam from congregation to congregation. Gets even more dangerous when pedophiles are put into positions of power and control as elders. Then helpless children are even MORE at risk. Peace out, Mr. Flipper

of course we all know that many ex-jw's are doing this online constantly and that's a good thing.

whether by you tubes, websites, blogs, etc.

the worldwide community of ex-jw's has been and will continue to be proactive in putting out real information to counteract and offset the lies and fantasy propaganda put out by the wt society.

FERNANDO- Good point. It DOES take MANY hours of field service to try to make one JW convert, and even then it's difficult at best when JW's attempt to do it. As you say with the advancement and proliferation of the Internet- more people are being warned to avoid joining Jehovah's Witnesses and that's a good thing

3rdgen - you make an excellent point when you state, " So no, I won't accept that I was that stupid . I was lied to. " EXACTLY ! And therein lies the crux of the matter. We as ex Jehovah's Witnesses have to be kind to ourselves and put the blame on where it belongs - leaders of the WT Society who lied and CONTINUE lying to 8 million people and other potential non-JW converts.

As Steve Hassan mentions in his books on mind control - the tactics of mind control can be successfully used to manipulate ANYONE'S mind . It doesn't matter how " smart " or allegedly " intelligent " someone thinks they are. It's about an unscrupulous high control organization using deceptive and persuasive tactics to appeal to important things in people's lives - never dying, never getting sick, perfect health, possibly living forever - all of these things are an illusion in reality - but if the WT Society and other mind control cults can use guilt and fear to pull converts in hook, line, and sinker- then WT leaders have accomplished their goal of controlling more lives to suit WT organization purposes and enable the WT organization financially through donations and time stolen from what SHOULD have been normal human lives. Now totally wasted.

The best revenge against the WT Society is living successfully and happily after exiting the JW cult. Then the WT Society loses the influence in us and life begins again for us. Then we essentially give WT leaders a slap in the face and can say, " this is one life you didn't continue to steal ! " And we do that when we forgive ourselves for having been in the JW's in the first place and realize it was NOT our fault- we were lied to , duped, controlled, and manipulated with false illusions and false hopes. Then put blame on WT leaders, they are the guilty party

Life is Too Short & Magnum - I can relate to both of you as well and your sentiments. I was born into the JW cult from birth- exited at age 44 over 11 years ago. I was told as a teenager that I'd never get married in this " system " or have children in this " system ". But here I am - now 55 years old with my oldest son turning 30 years old and two JW daughters still trapped inside the cult aged 28 and almost 27. Still in this " system of things ". LOL.

It's tough knowing that we were all lied to- however for me personally I have found it VERY freeing to not have to WORRY about an imaginary " Armageddon " anymore coming to " kill me " or " get me ". It's nice finding out the big bad dream of being destroyed is NOT true. So now I can live my life HOW I want and pursue the interests and hobbies and exciting events in life full throttle without the WT Society or a big bad God boogie man preventing me from doing it ! The way I look at it is I now have a SECOND chance to pursue life from here on out in regards to pursuing music, my relationships, my friends, hiking in the woods or mountains, camping at Apostafests , reading great books I may have missed as a JW - the possibilities are endless now.

I try to look at my glass of life as half FULL instead of half EMPTY. I know it's a cliché- but it's true. Just my 2 cents on what helps me get by, thought I'd share it. Remember folks we are FREE . We have freedom of mind now and no one can steal that from us anymore unless we allow it
